I have stayed at this location one or two other times and it has always been great for a quiet location it's right next to a grocery store and the rooms are generally modern and clean but this latest experience wasn't quite that.... I was in a room where the shower knob was broken and you could not adjust water , the phone was not only not working but it was an empty shell of a phone with all buttons missing, the floor was covered with a light dust perhaps because construction workers stayed there before me and my socks and feet were covered with dust literally and it smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The manager was nice to write all these things down and believed that it was not done by me because I let them know as soon as I checked in and did not want to lose a deposit for someone else's problems and damage. It's good that the manager will do something but it was obviously it didn't just happen yesterday and just hasn't been dealt with for who knows how long especially because there were some strange screws inside the water adjustment and they just spun around it was just really strange as if someone attempted to make some kind of makeshift handle for the water... Next time I'll just know not to ask for this room but in general this is a good place and the prices have creeped up a little bit but it is still the best price for what you're getting generally speaking.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but as a young female traveler I felt very unsafe due to the clientele of this hotel and the area. I would not recommend for female solo or pair travelers.

They didnt even let me check in.

We have stayed here multiple times on our halfway point drive to our family in Southern Oregon. The staff is always nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. Tony was very helpful and kind in the late evenings during check in process.

We were impressed with the helpfulness of all the staff, & being able to walk to the restaurant at the place, called ‘Lulu’s eating and drinking establishment’. There’s a bar & full dining one side, and a coffee diner the other .

The restroom door couldn’t be closed completely like it was “too big” for the frame.

Bed was very comfortable, but the room was NOT CLEAN. There was a hand towel left behind on the nightstand, hair all over the shower, tons of spider webs - a mesh of spider webs measuring a 6” spare right above the bed, the toilet paper roll holder was broken away from the wall and not repaired and the air conditioner did not blow cold. This was room #122.

We stayed summer 2023 the pool was a huge attraction for us, we didnt know the pool was unavailable this year, a little disappointed!! Not a game changer, but a disappointment!!

No frills motel, updated though. Noisy ac and people with animals! Fantastic beds, we slpet well after a days drive. We will be back.

Our room was quiet (except for A/C) and roomy, bed was very comfortable, good location, excellent value.

Environment very unsafe with a lot of fighting cursing and drug addict walking around yelling for someone

Staff was great. Have stayed twice and noise from other guests has kept me up but that certainly is not on the hotel at all. Overall very happy and will continue to use when in the area

Could not get tv to work and the ac unit was hard to figure out to sleep comfortable. Broken Glass in multiple parts of the parking lot.

We were pleasantly surprised! Usually hotels in this price range are not the cleanest, dated, or in sketchy neighborhoods but this was a definite exception! The room was modern, super clean and bed was very comfortable! Will stay again!

Great staff

This was the most horrifying stay I my life. I will never stay here even if I was homeless. The guy at the front door banged on my doo walking me to get out or he would call the police while I was takin a shower. He then caused me o flooding the room which obviously I did not do and he checked himself. Zero stars Dont come here. Will be reaching out to corporate.

This place was fine for a last minute stay. There are TONS of cameras so I felt my car was safe. But this isn't a place to vacation at; it is what it is, a good place to stay the night then move on.

Exterior is in poor condition. Some rooms on second floor had signs reading “unsafe”. Interior room was in average condition.

We rented two adjoining rooms. Neither refrigerator worked. We had to throw away food that spoiled. No coffee in the lobby in the morning; employee made a fresh pot but had to wait 20 minutes. One bedroom had no knobs or latches on the doors and could only be opened from outside after door was shut. Key cards for locks took several tries to work. Very frustrating trying to get in and out. Site said there was a pool but it was empty and under major repairs. Check in was good and the employee was very helpful.
