Absolutely loved this hotel. Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, all the staff were lovely. It’s in a really good place, very close to Dontonbori, and equally close to lots of different designer stores. A room on the cross floor gave you access to the lounge which served free drinks both soft and alcoholic and a small range of food. Great way to get a rest and a drink following a long day sightseeing. Close to different stations which made travelling to Nara very easy. The staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to our next hotel, they are English speaking people and also several other languages. If I was staying in Osaka again, I would not hesitate choosing this hotel. The only downside is that they do not have a self serve laundry, however we found one about 15 minutes away.

We stayed at 5 different hotels during our recent trip to Japan. I have to say we all agreed that the Cross Hotel was the best place we stayed at. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were good and the breakfast was a real treat. It’s very close to Dontonbori, equally close to some fabulous designer shops. The transport network was good, excellent place for a day trip to Nara

Great location and excellent staff. Room was very tired and decorated in dreary brown which made the room inviting. Excellent breakfast buffet. The big plus of this hotel is its location.

Tourist friendly hotel, good location, taxi stand out front, comfy beds. Breakfast buffet was splendid provided 7:00am opening time works for you. Definitely worth the price. Shopping and food pedestrian street right across the road.

Very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Check in easy quick and easy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are very well designed. Many amenities are available both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is amazing ! Incredible variety of western and Japanese options and everything was delicious. Hotel is located a few min walk to namba subway and namba rail stations. Right in the center of everything. We left luggage in storage for a few days before returning to the hotel for an extra night . And also staff assisted us very efficiently in transferring luggage to next hotel. Can’t say enough about the staff at the hotel - they truly provide excellent customer service.

Everything you need close by to the canal, I wouldn't recommend this area for those looking for good quality dinning resurants as it's all for tourists

Amazing staff, great location, fantastic customer service!

Very good location. Rooms were a good size, nice big shower. We were a family of 4 and needed two rooms. We were given adjoining rooms. Other hotels we stayed in Japan had single rooms that could fit all 4 of us.

The room was great, it had an awesome view of the Glico sign and the staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, they did not have laundry service during the days I stayed but their breakfast buffet was included. I did have to pay for a 500 yen deposit fee which I did not know about until I arrived. Otherwise, I had a really really nice stay at this hotel, would recommend m, especially if you want to be in the heart of Osaka!

Cross Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Dotonbori. Half a block from the Glico Man and canal. The room was clean, well appointed and larger than a usual Japanese hotel room. Being in a “Cross” room includes a great breakfast buffet and guest lounge access (3-10pm) which includes free drinks and appies. Staff speak english and are very friendly, professional & helpful (special thanks to Lin) - thanks for the great stay

In the heart of the Dotonbori area. Very close walk to a variety of great shopping and dining locations. Not too far from public transportation such as the metro/railway lines making it easy to explore around Osaka. Rooms were clean and orderly, Japanese style bath/shower was nice and clean. Staff were very pleasant. Construction is ongoing on the street but no noise issues were ever experienced. I plan to stay here again if im ever in Osaka.

My plane was delayed. I arrived at 6 AM the next day. I offered a check out at least 12 and it was denied not good. I will never stay there again.

Right in heart of Dotomburi. Room was ok, but nothing special.

Great hotel

The charge, at around $A400 for a night, was about $A70 more than I expected. Perhaps this is because it included breakfast (we didn't seem to have a choice on this at check-in). Anyway, it was by far the most expensive hotel stay during our two weeks in Japan, where equivalent hotels we used (at least as good) were around $A220 per night (we usually avoid teh expensive hotel breakfast, eating outside) Nothing wrong with the hotel: just unexpectedly expensive

Convenient, modern, and spacious.

Location location locations. Very good breakfast. Only thing I don’t like is the black themed decorations. It make the room dark.
