Everything was nice with the exception of the air handler in the room. The vent was covered in thick dust and when the A/C kicked on, it would let out a loud bang that sounded like a door slamming.
Aside from that though, everything was wonderful

First class experience. I stayed in the Phil Mickelson Villa in a Deluxe Room with 2 Queen beds. Breakfast was included with my reservation. Extremely comfortable bedding and spacious bathroom with marble tops and shower. All ammenities from the complementary coffee, bottled water, & soaps etc... are very excellent quality. The sliding glass door opens up to a lanai or patio area overlooking one of the prestine golf courses holes tee off. The air conditioning worked extremely well and the double pane windows eliminated any sound from outside.The grounds are emmaculate from the vegetation and landscaping. One of the friendly hotel staff provided me a drop off to the villa via golf cart after check in at the front desk which was superb and very convenient. All hotel staff I encountered from the front desk, front door, and restaurant staff are extremely friendly and anticipates any need that would make your stay more enjoyable. The hotel staff out front are ready to assist you with your golf clubs and luggage right when you arrive. I would highly recommend staying at Trump National Doral which is conveniently located close to MIA airport. Thank you to the staff at Trump Doral, I look forward to my next visit and hopefully will have time to golf.

Since we live on the west coast of FL, we wanted a little change and went to Miami. We had a wonderful time at Trump National.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff was the most friendly I’ve ever met, specially Mijail, who took us everywhere we needed during the trip since the place is quite big. Food was incredible, the café/marketplace has really good stuff in case you want something fast and go somewhere else, and if you wanna stay to dine in, I would recommend the Champions’ Bar & Grill; Carlos served us and everything was on point. Everything was very clean and beautiful plus the Blue Monster golf part is unbelievably nice.
In our second night we tried the shower and wasn’t working properly with the water temperature but all the staff ran to help us and changed our room as soon as possible, these people work amazing and are super attentive with the guests, if you want the best treatment, this is the place!
The gift shops were out of this world as well, they have something for everyone.
The Trump Spa is the most relaxing place I’ve been in a long time, if you want a break from stress, this place is the one for you.
Most of the employees speak 2-3 languages, some even more!
We will definitely be back.

The staff was INCREDIBLE! So kind, attentive, and helpful. I was treated like a princess every second I was there. Beautiful grounds, great room, and fabulous people.

Super property with all the amities, you could ask for when wanting a relaxing break and also having a pool and slide to keep kids occupied. The most notable selling point of this hotel in my opinion was the outstanding service and staff. Nothing was too much to ask for and if this reflects the Trump hotel brand I would certainly seek out stays at their other hotels.

At The TRump National Doral, I have received the BEST customer service I have ever received while staying in Miami . I travel there monthly for work and after visiting them I won't stay anywhere else moving forward. OUTSTANDING customer service from the bell boys, housekeeping, front desk, managers, the spa personal and absolutely everybody in the property.
