Terrible bed and pillows. I couldn’t sleep, kept tossing around for hours. The hotel rooms are old and the decor is not refreshed. The balcony could not be accessed. We booked it to be close to globe life field so location was truly the only advantage!

It was a one night stay for a baseball game. It was a perfect walkable distance to see the Rangers. The shuttle is also a nice amenity.

The hotel needs to renovated, the rooms are not what we expected, they were older and we had ants in our room. We had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags. The hotel staff was friendly. We paid way to much for this hotel because it was located in the entertainment district and was close to AT&T Stadium. We were very disappoint in Courtyard by Marriott!

Love this property always stay here for concerts

We stayed only one night to attend a concert, but everything was great. Check in and check out was easy and fast. It was a busy day/night and there were extra people in the lobby to help with literally any question you had. Room was spacious and clean, walk in shower was amazing, and there was a small balcony that was a nice surprise. It was also walking distance to the stadium, which is one of the reasons I chose to stay here. No complaints here, it was a wonderful stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely property. It is clean, manicured, with up-to-date decor. Convenient grab and go fridge and yummy short-order cooking in the lobby area. They have upscale waters, juices, beer, wine for purchase. My room was one of the recent rehabs, the pillows, linens were new and fresh - all very nice. Parking just outside the building (eyes on my vehicle) and a short walk. Staff were so friendly and nice! I would highly recommend this property.

The hotel was clean and we were well taken care of. The front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. The pool was very relaxing after busy days of events.

We were moved hotel locations on the morning of the date reserved over a year in advance. Instead of being walking distance, we paid over $100 in Uber fees to and from new location. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great location for the entertainment district of Arlington. The staff was very friendly, and when they discovered that it was my wife's birthday they went above & beyond to make her (us) feel welcome and our stay incredible. Our 1st floor room was nice, clean & had plenty of space. It opened up to the courtyard, with easy access to the pool, which because of the unseasonably warm temps for late February, was open.
Lots of great restaurants close by to choose from, and you should never want for something to do. This is our preferred place to stay when visiting the Arlington area.

We have always stayed here. The major problem is that we were in a room on the second floor (263 I think) that required us to use the elevator and walk a long long way. I am 86 and it was difficult. We will probably bite the bullet and stay at Lowes on our next baseball trip.

For the amount of money we spent we should have gotten breakfast! And then have to pay extra for parking was ridiculous. And not valet parking but self parking. The hotel was nice but way overpriced.

We have stayed here before and for the conference we were attending at another location, this hotel was in a perfect location. The staff are also friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We will be back same time next year.

Busy weekend but please staff appropriately. Couldn't check in to our room until after football game so couldn’t get ready before game. No discount, amenities or even apology or explanation offered other than we are running behind. Bad business.

We did Mobil check in the morning of our arrival with check in time at 3pm When we arrived we were told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours before a room was ready, We had planned to check in at 3 and get ready (after driving for 3.5/4 hours) to go to the Cowboys game. I had to change in the lobby bathroom stall and my husband & son switched their shirts and such in the lobby. We didn't get to check in until after the game. Very frustrating. I feel like the hotel should have planned better, been better prepared for game day.
