We enjoy the room lay out so if one of us wants to go to bed early the other is able to watch tv in the other room

Good location, breakfast was fine. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. Mattress was comfortable and large. But there were some insects coming into the room, flies, mosquitoes and small spiders, probably from the land next door. I think they should also improve the washing of towels, it's a good thing we brought our own to use. But on average the hotel was fine, I would stay there again.

My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very quiet and we always felt safe. Free and easy parking is always a plus and their complimentary breakfast was also very good! We had no complaints about this hotel!

The air conditioner was quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean. The scenery was pretty. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were hot and delicious. I would definitely come to Residence Inn again

The state of disrepair on the exterior of this hotel is astounding. The building is quite literally crumbling down. I have many pictures of the alarming conditions. The pool and jacuzzi are not open which was a huge disappoint. I will say, the room was clean enough and comfortable. But I can’t get past the terrible condition of the buildings. Also, there appear to be many people of questionable character living in the rooms.

We already paid in full prior to checkin, when we got there the pool was empty. They did offer to refund if we didn’t want to stay but at that point we couldn’t wait for a refund and find another hotel. The main reason we got a room there was specifically to bring the kids swimming. They should have noted the pool closing on their website and I would have found someplace else in advance. Breakfast was supposed to be until 930 the next day, yet the staff member who was doing the breakfast was upset that people were still trying to eat at 905. She even spoke about it in Spanish to another staff member which isn’t very professional. We ended up leaving the breakfast area because we didn’t want to be in the way. The first room we were given was ok but the garbage disposal wasn’t working so the sink clogged. We had to switch rooms late that night because maintenance was gone for the day. I feel like for the rate we paid, we shouldn’t have had a lot of these issues. At this point I’m not sure I will stay at this hotel again because I feel like it was a waste of money.

This location is an old apartment complex so there are multiple buildings and each room entry is from outside. Not ideal with children. Very noisy between traffic and anyone outside. Thin walls, windows and guest above us kept me up with any movement. I was hoping for rest and did not have that. We squeezed into one bed because the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable plus immediately next to the entry door which was not sealed so drafty and noisy. My children did not feel safe and I don’t blame them. The exterior needs upkeep and seems to be in disrepair. Needs work!

It's not that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just in need of serious repair. Concrete walkways crumbling, siding falling apart, carpet in elevator worn out.

Property is old and needs complete renovation. Bathtub was peeling. Bathroom had ants. Staff were nice and helpful but they can only do so much. Marriott needs to step up with $'s or tear it down.

It was right off 495 , super convenient, but also close to Boston

The room was lovely, but unfortunately the smell of dog in the room was HEAVY. We only stayed overnight and weren't hanging out in the room so it didn't make sense to ask for a different room, but it was really overbearing. The room itself was clean and well-stocked with everything. Just could not get over the smell.

This is our go-to hotel for when we are visiting our daughter at Merrimack College events. It is perfect because of the location and the suite set-up with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette. There were broken floor tiles, the tile grout in the bathroom was stained, the fridge and microwave were dented, and one of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut. The hotel receptionist was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. I also love the location right next to Cracker Barrel.

I did not like how dark, damp and sketchy the entry way to the door was. The room had over powering smell of human urine. The entryway carpet inside the room was drenched and was saturated by the time we lt on Sunday.
