Just passing thru and needed a place outside of Boston that was affordable and 1/2 way to our destination in Maine. Tewksbury did the trick. We had never eaten at a Cracker Barrel so that was a treat.

My daughter and husband were staying at the property 9/14. I called earlier in the day to make sure the stay was under my husband’s name, he was the adult checking in, and the room was paid for. I relayed all of the info to front desk and they assured me that it was not a problem.
When they arrived at the property the front desk would not let them check in. 30 minutes later after multiple emails and phone calls we were finally successful. Unacceptable and truly disappointing on the part of Hilton Properties. I will also lodge my complaint with corporate.

I was visiting friends in Hudson, NH and needed a place to stay overnight. I had a king sized bed and it was a very nice room. Very clean and safe. The staff was very pleasant as well.
Even though I did visit the bar area or restaurant, both places looked very well kept.

Only stayed for a night but was surprised how nice it was. Very clean and bright lobby and bar area. Plenty of snack, beer, and wine options in lobby. Room was big and very clean. Staff friendly and professional

The checkin was fast and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel was full to capacity, I was a little nervous about noise and getting a good nights sleep but we slept great. I would stay again.

We would of been charged $18 from each of us for breakfast but we had so much trouble trying to check in we were given vouchers to use towards our breakfast. We think this is a little much for the first meal of the day when other hotels offer breakfast at no additional charge.

The woman at the front desk barely looked up from her phone and when she did, she acted irritated that we were asking to check in.
There are microwaves in the rooms, so we asked the bartender where we could find a bowl to heat up some food and she told us there was a strict "no bowls in rooms" policy...
Finally, the irritated front desk woman forgot to charge our pet fee even though she had me sign the paperwork so she called us after we checked out asking us to pay. I said she could put it on the card on file, which, when she read the last 4 digits to me, was not my credit card...
She eventually figured it out and I received an invoice which had my home address as somewhere across the country that I've never even been before. This place is a mess and we won't be back.

We were on the go for 3 weeks hotel hoping i been to some of the best westerns prize sweets and they had zero on gardens at tewksbury la Quinta Holliday inn not even close to the hospitality kindness the bar down stairs resterants in the same building was great

Great facilities and location off the highway. Young lady that checked us in wasn’t very friendly but was provided a speedy checkin. First floor was very hot and humid but room cooled off quickly. Had to request more body wash as bottle in shower was completely empty.

Can’t really complain about this place - it serves the exact purpose. It is clean, spacious and safe. Dining options are super limited, and the sparse breakfast is probably overpriced. Staff seem like they are spread too thin, commonly doing multiple tasks at once

And the shallow pool was quiet and warm; perfect for my granddaughters’ first swim, right alongside a young professional doing impressive workout laps.
