The room smelled musty and I’ve stayed in rooms that were cleaner. Also the chicken sausage for breakfast was horrible! We will probably not stay here again.

the total experience was less than satisfactory. The room: Loud air conditioning kept us up during the nite. There was a certain odor in the room.(we had to get a freshener to hide the smell) . No safe to place our valuables. beddings felt used, and sticky. The floors in the walkway were sticky and dirty. Specially toward the elevators. The food selection was substandard. (hospital type food. Disgusting. Was overcharged by $40 for incidentals, and was not refunded. Till now, no credit to our account. Very dissapointed. I will not book with Hilton anymore.

I’ve always loved the Hampton Inn. The beds are absolutely amazing and so comfortable. This one was especially nice. The room’s furnishings were more higher end; not your basic hotel furniture. The bathroom had quartz countertops and there was even a small wet bar. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes including waffles and omelettes. We will definitely stay here again.

We were on the first floor, which is like the daylight basement room. It had a musty smell, and was very dark. The room was otherwise clean, with a great shower. Other rooms on floors 2 and above may be fine, but 100 level rooms are average at best.

The whole hotel needs updated. Carpet is filthy everywhere, past it’s life. Didn’t/wouldn’t walk on carpet with bare feet. The hotel staff was excellent though.

We noticed bug bites on our selves the day we left.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Room was quiet, we stayed on top floor. View was nice. Would stay here again.

Room is looking worn and is need of a soft refurb

Check-in was posted as 3:00, but our room was not ready until 4:45. That was not ideal since we had just driven 9 hours and were extremely tired and needing to be somewhere by 5:30. The hotel is very outdated, but the front office staff were friendly. I do appreciate that the restroom has two separate areas, making it easier for several people to get ready at once. There’s no type of fan or air circulating in the restroom, so it was muggy. The hotel and room are extremely dark and gloomy but seemed to be cleaned as well as possible.

Love staying at Hampton however this one is a bit dated and definitely needs new mattresses and pillows. Bed was not comfortable for me or my husband.

Good clean family friendly place for a trip to Branson

Gravy was like flavored water.

The only thing we didn’t like was when it is 10 am they cut off the breakfast and push you out of the area where the breakfast is served!!

We have always stayed at Hampton. This one our room felt like it was in the basement. Very musty smelling so we kept the air conditioning on high to minimize the smell. All the tile floors were sticky. Just disappointing because we do like Hamptons but would not go back to this one.

The staff at the Hampton Inn were very courteous. The breakfast was outstanding and lots of options. The kitchen staff was friendly and all the counters were clean. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. Great location for walking the strip. This was the first trip for our dog and he was welcomed by the staff.

I stay at Hampton inns a lot, and normally I stay at the one in Branson Hills but I was in town with family and friends and we wanted to stay on the strip and this place was horrible! Found a hair in my bed, a pubic hair in the shower and the housekeeper for that room obviously didn’t restock the shampoo and soaps for this particular room! Most horrible experience at a Hampton Inn EVER..

Great place!

My stay here was a 10/10! We were greeted by Craig who welcomed us and our pup with a smile and a list of shops and local vets for our pooch to ensure a fun and safe trip for all. He even offered treats and complimentary disposal bags. A few days into our stay, our AC started leaking and again, Craig, helped us move to a different room. There was some confusion regarding payment, and again, to no one’s surprise, Craig ensured everything was taken care of! The breakfast was good The rooms were clean The location was great There was one worker, I believe her name was Deb, who seemed irritated I interrupted her (what seemed to be personal) phone call with my presence at the front desk when asking about housekeeping, but other than that it was a wonderful stay! Can not say enough good things about the worker Craig and this Hamptons commitment to being truly pet friendly!
