Simple clean hotel. Excellent location. Will stay there again.

Our room was quite spacious with the lounge and desk seperated to the bed and window by the bathroom. Bed comfy, shower good but water temperature fluctuations were apparent. Top floor room overlooking the freeway with the non opening double glazed windows shutting off all sounds except from the noisiest speeding motorbike or truck. I noticed a faint stale cigarette smell from the sofa but not enough to mention. Room temperature was too high and anything I did to the control just made it hotter, just my personal preference but l would like winter room temperatures lower than 23 - 25 degrees. Morning breakfast was buffet, plenty of food still there at 0915, I've had better, also a lot worse elsewhere. Coffee machine wanted to deliver more mocha than the cup could hold, I didn't see any mugs. Staff were fine. Hotel is a bit old and a few minutes extra walk into the city but the price reflects that.

Property provided dirty towels, empty toiletry bottles in the bathroom, NO ventilation in the room and no parking.

You can hear the sound of water flowing thru the pipes of the upper room crystal clear

The hotel staff were lovely and the rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with choices for everyone. Only negative was there were no spoons or cups to make our coffee in our room. Most likely overlooked but made it difficult to make a cuppa. We would stay again.

We managed to check in a little earlier and yet no parking available on site! Directed to street parking (pay by phone). Other options nearby 5 min walk are Wilson and the convention centre. We parked at the convention centre, worked out cheaper than if we had been able to park on site. Room was away from traffic so was nice and quiet. Breakfast good, not sure I would have had it if it wasn’t included in our price. Had to ask for our bottle of wine as not in the room on our arrival. Would I stay again…maybe.

I had to check out due on Tuesday morning due to the terrible conditions of the hotel and parking area and they refused to refund me because I booked the hotel on line. So I will never will use this service again due to poor customer service. Thank you. Eshra Talebi

Close to kings park and also city

The room was spacious and clean. Appreciated the extra pillow for my backache. However please note there is NO handheld shower head in the bathroom, in the whole hotel. The hotel and Hotels.com should please clarify this point on the Hotels.com platform. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was great.

Not bad for the price.

Chose this place as it is located near kings park. Booked 2 bedroom apartment for a night. Room is clean but it was rather dated, furniture such as sofa was rugged. Layout was a little strange, for example, toilet was separated from the bathroom. Kitchenette doesn’t have a sink.

Centrally located, most of the city’s main attractions are within walkable distances. Decent hot breakfast. All the usual amenities. Concierge desk is manned 24 hours.

Had to ask for “vip” benefit after realising it wasn’t in the room. One staff member said “told you” to the other. Was then given warm white wine. Air conditioning wasn’t very cool.

The Hotel was in a quiet area right in the city walkable to restaurants etc.

Location good in the centre of the city. Large room with fridge but could have benefited from a few more crockery to facilitate having a bit of breakfast in the morning eg bowls for cereal.

Excellent staff, very friendly! Buffet breakfast included which was lovely. Room is a bit dated and the airconditioning didnt work very well. Otherwise conveniently close to the CBD and walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

The underground parking is not easy to access and there is no short term parking for checking in.

Not a real 4 star. Not great air con. Good location.

Great spot. Top sheet on bed had been laundered but had old bloodstains in the corner. ☹️

Room was clean, Hotel central to Perth, staff on duty 13/04/24 were inefficient, unhelpful to almost the point of rudeness when we tried to get a parking space, spoilt our stay , won’t be back in a hurry

Very average room, view was a brick wall. Beds comfortable, very pricey for accomodation.

bed made everyday, staff were pleasant, breakfast was lovely and good variety, Need to add more Green Tea to service.

All staff were friendly and the room was more than good enough. It’s walking distance from King’s Park too. You can also get free water at the bar. Only downside I felt was slow wifi but I was out exploring most of the time anyway. Good hotel

very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. However, offering enough water to take a shower is also essential. I stayed for 5 nights, but the breakfast is the same every day. if there are some changes, it will be great.

Please fix the card system

It was close to everything and good value for money.

As a VIP Customer I was supposed to have a bottle of wine, when I checked this at reception upon arrival, I handed a small glass size bottle of warm wine. I was shoccomplained about this and received an apology as the receptionist was new and a full bottle. They were very nice about it. Otherwise the room was run down and not worth what we paid but Perth was booked out due to holiday and events. Ran out of clean plates and cutlery at breakfast buffet. Food was good though. Would be worth a it at a lower price.

This Hotel has the potential to be great, however it’s poorly trained staff and our dated rooms and systems lets it it down. It’s in a great area, new buildings and close to Perth City. The bed is comfortable and food is better than average for hotel food and that’s where the positives end. There is not team work, it’s as if the staff have taken the “it’s not my job” rule. There was a tray with food left out side a room in the hallway fof almost 2 days.The room layout is bad, wardrobe is in the bathroom, and the lifts also tricky as you need to reprogram the cards after a day.the Room was not made when we got back and when they did it up at 7pm. There was not toilet paper and bins not emptied. Ran out of clean plates and cutlery during breakfast. We just found it comical afterwards and laughed when everyone else had issues

I think every guest should have a complementary bottle of water in there room. WA is a hot city. After flying for 3hrs and getting off the plain all you want is a drink of water to re hydrate. I had to ask for water and all though they had room service they were not happy about bringing me a bottle of water to my room. The room was clean but stepping in and out of the shower is dangerous. When I rang to say I wouldn’t be checking in till 8:00pm the rely on the phone is we are here 24/7. I don’t think that’s a good way to great your guests. I thought i was doing the right thing in letting them know. I thought the restaurant was expensive. I don’t recommend staying there.
