The staff at the registration desk were phenomenal! they helped us navigate the parking situation, and were pleasant and kind throughout.

Quick overnight. Very convenient to the airport

Very convenient for early morning flights.

Other than my door lock on my room kept losing its charge which meant I had to go and get my cards recoded twice, the experience was fine.

Extremely convenient to arrive and leave to the airport. Great bed, great restaurant which is open till very late. Philly is just 10-15 mins away!

We had a 6am flight and staying here made it very convenient. The shuttle took us to our terminal at4am. The dining room was great. A little in the high side but delicious food. We couldn't believe how quiet the hotel was also

Nice hotel with easy access to airport

We really only stayed a few hours, as our flights were delayed and we ended up checking in at 9:30 am. The staff allowed us late checkout for a nominal fee and we stayed until 3pm. The shuttle to international was great and saved us weary travelers a long walk!

Liked the shop for buying snacks, etc. One of the ladies was so helpful. Wish I had caught her name. 9/5 she worked late afternoon to close. Once I understood the security stuff, felt very secure.

Clean, very convenient (a little worn) spot with terrific staff. Highly recommend if traveling through Philly.

Food is good but overpriced. The infrastructure is dated. Staff is generally very helpful, as are the restaurant wait staff..

Just dirty everywhere

It was is well taken care of and very clean. It is the only hotel that is attached, and walkable to the PHL airport, That makes it very convenient for early morning flights. The hotel opened in the 1990's and appears to be showing it's age. Room furnishings have been updated but some spots in public areas like the brass plates around buttons and switches are showing some wear and tear. But overall great for an overnight stop over.

We stayed twice On arrival very late at night and on departure very early flight out. The hotel is so convenient just minutes from gates Would certainly stay there again.

Convenient, helpful staff

We barely spent one night at the hotel but it was clean, staff was courteous and loved the convenience of the hotel being connected to the airport.

Bought razor/foam combo. at the amenities store next to check in. Bait & switch b/c foam was Gillette, razor was cheapo edition not Gillette (which is implied when packaged like this) and was painful to shave with. Wasted my money, cut my face. Am a seasoned (62 years old) man, so no rookie to shaving

Quiet

We were arriving in Philly at midnight so decided to stay at Marriott for convenience. Flight delayed 5 hrs arriving at 5:00 am. so I called the hotel to request late checkout so we could get rest and shower. The hotel desk staff was so understanding and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean so got several hrs comfortable sleep. Did initially have a hard time getting a hold of the hotel — after several attempted calls to hotel which referred me to Expedia — and got that dreaded message tree “pick a topic”. Just couldn’t get a person to talk to make sure they hadn’t given away my room and to request late checkout . Luckily I finally scrolled all the way down on Expedia’s confirmation email and got good number to call. I’m glad I booked Marriott on our return flight

Loved that you need a room key to access the floors. Food service was excellent and the staff pleasant and VERY helpful

flight was delayed, able to make a quick , easy reservation for sleep and shower before early flight in am.

We needed to stay close to the airport. Myb93 yoa mother in law, couldn't walk, so the shuttle came and picked us up. Great service. Room was very clean. Good stay.

Booked to have access to early flight. We didn’t hear the noises from outside but unfortunately the walls are thin and heard both rooms adjacent to ours. Starbucks was closed when it should have been open.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Definitely will be back.

NO heat Bathroom door unable to open upon arrival; stuck shut. No heat came on a/c unit. too cold room. Overall: Hotel seemed old and somewhat run down. Opinion shared by another business traveler.
