My stay at the Sheraton Arlington was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. This is my second visit to this hotel and they easily exceeded expectations.

Friendly staff, Nicole was fantastic! Staff in the marketplace was also very friendly and everyone was accomodating. Nice and convenient location.

Rhonda was outstanding. She was so courteous and thanked me for my military service. Last time I stayed there was about 15 years ago. I will return and stay there just because of her. Thank you Rhonda for the outstanding service.

Overall the hotel was amazing. The only complaint is hey didn’t clean our room enough. They replaced our towels, but didn’t clean our room and make the beds.

The hotel looks old, the room was loud with the AC unit on. Otherwise it was fine. However, the worst part of the whole thing was I somehow had two reservations to the hotel and when I checked in, they didn’t mention anything about a second reservation and when I asked why a second reservation had showed up on my app, they said it was a mistake because they sent my mobile key to me twice. The next day, I checked out and then I magically had two separate room charges on my credit card. I called and they said, they can’t help me because I had two reservations and I didn’t show up for one. I literally checked in the hotel and stayed there and then asked why I had two rooms on my app and they did nothing. They just decided to charge me for a second room as a no show. The front desk to me to call Marriott itself and there is no number for customer service listed anywhere on the website or app. This place was terrible and I won’t ever stay there again.

Check in was easy. The room and bathroom was very clean. Its an easy and safe walk to the Globe Life stadium.

Safe wasn’t working and it’s obviously an older hotel. However, it’s nice and I would totally stay there again!

The ac wouldn’t cool the room past 70 degrees according to the thermostat, it felt more like 75

From the moment we were greeted at the Front Desk by Xavier till the following day when we checked out (again by Xaiver) our stay was fabulous! The customer service and genuine care Xavier provided was second to none and made us feel special. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the excellent bar staff (Omar) and the super friendly ladies at the Market Store. Thank you for making our weekend memorable!

Staff was very friendly and polite.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Church we attended, the cleanliness of the hotel and that the beds and pillows were comfortable, also that our room was spacious. I did not like that there was no concierge and also that the front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the surrounding cities like Dallas!

Good location

Great older Sheraton that is so convenient to Globe Life Field. The staff and hotel lobby, bar and Starbucks coffee shop were outstanding. The bathrooms need to be updated. Our toilet worked 1/2 the time. And the faucets needed to be replaced but functional. The pool is awesome and would be a great place to host a wedding.

Easy walk to Globe Life Field, our reason for being there. Free parking is a big plus. The breakfast was very good. The omelets, delicious. Beautiful, relaxing pool area.

What a wonderful stay we had! Everyone was so friendly. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bar staff was funny. Location was fantastic!

No EV chargers, please change your amenities. Room bathroom could use a refurbishing. Nice bar area with large tv’s and very attentive waiters. Nice dog trash with bags

The service was outstanding. The hotel needed some upkeep (paint peeling from ceilings, pool was just cleaned but needed some sprucing up). The food in lobby restaurant was great. Everyone was friendly. Quick 15 min walk to Globe Field Stadium.

Stayed for two days. It was great. Walking distance to Texas Live and the ballpark.

Love the pool area with the ducks and koi pond!
