The staff and service were excellent. The rooms themselves had a bad odor. I even changed rooms thinking that would solve the problem. Both rooms smelled like wet dog or mildew or something. Could’ve possibly been the AC units? Very old hotel, rooms/carpet need upgrades. Staff were very helpful and kind. Great breakfast and very comfy bed.

We stay here frequently. Great customer service, super convenient location and a great breakfast included every morning. The hotel is clean and has everything we need. The rooms are very large and can easily sleep four people.

This is my favorite place to stay in Waco. It’s very close and convenient to the college. It’s always clean and the staff are the friendliest. Absolutely love staying here.

Room got hot at night and I had to purchase a fan to keep cool. Had set the AC down to 65 but the room never dropped to the temperature. Stayed cooled

The staff texted me earlier in the day. I really appreciated this since I booked through Expedia and have had trouble checking in before at other places. The pool was great. Plenty of options at breakfast. Room was clean. It’s in the trafffice circle opposite near Health camp, so a great central location convenient to get to Baylor or other Waco things. Highly recommend!

Air conditioning kept going up and down on its own. Was set at 72 and it would be 68 or lower when you would look at thermostat. Never would cut off.

The first room I was placed in was extremely dirty, the front desk clerk was very nice and immediately put us in another room. This room was better but not a place I would likely stay again. The lady who puts the breakfast foods out looked miserable and annoyed if anyone needed anything. The breakfast consist of waffles, very thin bacon, fake eggs, cereal, yogurt & coffee.

The location was great with easy access to freeway and local spots we were visiting. Everyone from front desk to room service and dining areas were always happy and ready to help in any way. Very efficient with meeting any inquiry or request. Having one access to the parking lot gated to minimize traffic offered a nice safety aspect the pool areas were cleaned daily and the breakfast offerings were plentiful.

The room was clean with the exception of the carpet. There were issues with the air quality at times but for the most part of our 3 night stay it was good.

We had to change rooms because of the visible mold in the AC unit. Youngest one got sick with hives and couldn’t breathe. I had to take medicine for asthma and we all had burning eyes. Attendant at breakfast was impolite and rude to my us. We left and went to another hotel.

Felt very safe and comfortable, the room was a little run down but beds were comfortable and served the purpose of just using to sleep while we were visiting family.

The staff was friendly and helpful each time I interacted with them. The room was very spacious with everything we needed. The bed and linens were very comfy. We saw one bug, which I reported upon leaving because I didn’t find it to be a big deal. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The hotel was close to everything and an easy drive to restaurants and shops.
