I liked the interaction with the staff. They were friendly and very helpful in explaining the surrounding areas.

I know this is not the hotel’s fault but people on my floor kept slamming doors all night. I barely got any sleep.

Quiet, clean, easy parking

It was clean. There was no one at the front desk when arrived.

Very convenient location for our stay in Raleigh. Everything on this stay deserves 5 stars. Eric, you made everything perfect for us! Thank you for going the extra mile and for being so efficient and "real". We slept like a baby!

The hotel is old and it showed. The furniture was dated and dirty, the linens and pillows were uncomfortable, and the ceilings and walls showed evidence of water damage and deferred wear and tear respectively. Not the best experience for the money.

Bar staff was great, rooms were clean. Only thing I dislike is that you can hear the entire conversation from your neighbors. Other than that it was okay. 8/10

I wish you could share pictures on this review - I have them - looks like blood on the walls, sofa sleep mattress was filthy and rusted all the way through. They only clean every other day which does nothing for most guests that are there for the weekend. There’s a bar, but no bartender and breakfast is available but the lady didn’t show - so no breakfast - not even coffee. If you are traveling for a tournament in the area - please don’t stay here. The ONLY friendly person at the hotel was the person working at the front desk Friday afternoon. Funny story - our friends called the front desk because their room wasn’t the one they booked. The front desk person put them on hold. After 10 min they went down stairs to see the phone off the hook and the guy playing on his phone. They have photos too.

Great location for the purpose of my visit. Ran out of towels before the room was due to be cleaned.

Front desk staff were amazing

No complaints whatsoever. Hotel smelled good, very clean and accommodating staff. Requested a corner room and my wish was granted. Hotel about 10 minutes from shopping area. Great centralized location.

Great stay

Only bad rating (service) has to do with breakfast. Ordered breakfast sandwich to go. It was burnt.

I was there for a New Year's event for one night only, the stay was perfect for my needs. I felt safe being that I was traveling alone. The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator. There was a slight odor that seemed to come from a previous guest that smelled like smoke which remained in my clothes and the carpet could use an upgrade. Otherwise, it was a great experience for one night of peace and quiet.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so clean and inviting. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable!! I will definitely be back!!! Love the hotel and Raleigh!!!
