A good clean hotel right above Osaka stations. Very quiet despite being above a very busy train station. Being right over Osaka station gives you access to the JR and local metro lines. Lots of restaurants and large malls around the area as well

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years, the upgrades have been great. The condition of the rooms has maintained the standards since it was new.

Signage to find the hotel was limited in the confusing Osaka Station. The bathroom smelled and needed a deep clean. Staff were very friendly.

It is very convenient. Wonderful staff and very clean. Plenty of amenities. I just wish the beds and pillows would be a little fluffier and softer. But this appears o be the norm across the board in all the hotels we stayed in Japan. I would choose this hotel again for sure.

First part of stay at this hotel was with a tour; we extended our stay after our tour ended and were made to move to another floor--we were told we booked a 'different concept'. Basically, the furnishings/decor of room are different. Hotel is clean, safe and quiet despite being 'in the middle of it all'. That being said, Location. Location. Location! Hotel is very conveniently location at Osaka station with 3 major department stores within walking distance within train station. We would stay here again for location alone. Only complaint is their buffet breakfast choices/variety does not change/rotate. The dinning staff were very attentive if you have a food allergy--they give you a paper with what dishes/food to avoid daily.

Good size and nice room to accommodate the 4 of us. It was a corner unit. Excellent views. Room always smelled fresh once we entered. Only issue we had was the smoke smell while walking to our room. People somed in the rooms aound us.

I stayed on the Granvia Club level. Everything was perfect

Bathrooms had mold lined around the sink and tub. The carpeted floor had an odor.

There is a significant layer of thick dust on the wall. Resulted in allergy and fell sick during the trip.

Great breakfast and service. Rooms are on the small size compared Western standards. Great location next to train stations.

Convenient and enjoyable

Excellent location inside Osaka Station City with the subway, trains, restaurants and malls right outside the hotel. You can shop and eat without ever needing to leave the building. Trade off is that it is extremely busy and there are very long waits for the elevator which is often times crammed with people.

Wonderful staff!

We had a great stay in Osaka, and staying here, right above the train station made all our day travels so convenient. Reception is on the 19th floor with all guest rooms above that, so you don’t hear ANYTHING from the train station. Only downside would be that we booked a non smoking room, and when we walked into it, there was a very clear smell of cigarettes.

Good location and happy to stay when visit Osaka each time. Convenient is the best description. Good for shopping, dining, transportation. Even hotel is going dated, small room size but still love to stay there.

I called the hotel and requested kids’ amenities in advance, however they were not ready in the room. I had to request them again after arrival. Other than that the experience was great. Will be back again when we stay in Osaka.

It is the perfect location of you want easy access to all the transit lines.
