Room is well maintained. Beds are super comfortable. My mum is delightedly surprised at the firmness of the mattress as well as the crispness of bedsheets.
All amenities are of decent quality, the sort you would use at home rather than on rod. Hot water pressure is great, morning espresso coffee is a must. Feel like it is a "home away from home".
Undoubtedly we have enjoyed our 4 night stay.
Shuttle bus connects between hotel and JR Osaka station, from where you can travel onward to most places.

Some important and yet basic facilities were only available at an extra cost and too expensive, such as the fitness centre and swimming pool. As a guest who stayed for 4 nights, I would expect at least one free pass to these facilities and/or a mych lower rate than 55,000 Yen per visit per person for the gym. Other than this, some room features were outdated and not convenient to use, such as tap waters and tv. The pillows were not comfortable for me and uponnasking for harder pillows we just got very similar soft pillows. The TV in my room didn't have any online options such as Netflix or even access to YouTube on the TV. The hotel could also improve by providing more facilities for children and entertainment such as a small arcade room or play area for children and a small library with English books. Overall, I think this hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered.

We had no air conditioning. It was 24 degrees cel at night. We changed rooms we had engineers come 4 times. The put fans etc in the room. No help. It took over 3 hours of our time dealing with this and the air conditioning never worked. We ate scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast and were charged 64$ and I went to the gym for 35 min and was charged 49$ I want refund I got no sleep.

This is a splendid hotel. Large well equipped rooms, great bedding and amenities. Staff were plentiful and super helpful. It's in a quiet location, so external restaurants are a 5 minute walk, and the crazy district of Dotonbori is a 1300 yen taxi away. If I ever go back to Osaka will definitely stay there again

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Most if not everyone speaks basic English. The room was spacious and had plenty of room/storage. The bathroom also was big and spacious. I didn’t particularly care for the bathroom amenities - haven’t we moved past the tiny bottles of shampoo etc. plus there was no skincare products which was kind of disappointing. Otherwise it was well stocked and I appreciated the large size waters given and the Nespresso machine was perfect for my first cup of coffee! The free shuttle bus back and forth to the Grand Osaka shopping center was GREAT! It made it convent to get to other metro/subway lines without having to walk so much. Overall I’d stay here again because overall everything was very positive.

The hotel is geared more towards business travelers and weddings, so as tourists it was a little far to get to the big sites in Osaka, however, the hotel staff and quality of the experience made up for the distance. I would stay here again.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff provided excellent customer service and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. Check in and out was breeze. They also helped to send our luggage to the airport. Our room was very clean and came with great toiletries that we used. The view of the city at the river front was spectacular. Every morning we enjoyed the Japanese/american breakfast. The staff always provided superb service. I always got the egg omelette and the chef was so nice. We also got to meet beautiful people from different regions of the world while enjoying our meal. Loved the tub/shower feature in our room. I was able to take a relaxing bath every night after a day of adventure. The train station was just a 5 minute walk. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan.
