Everyone here is absolutely awesome and there is even a little area where you buy snacks and drinks. The rooms are nice and extremely comfortable and the views are great. Super happy I got to experience this property. 😊

This hotel is so clean and comfortable! The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. I’ve felt welcome every time I’ve walked through the door and am happy to be in a safe and secure environment. Thank you so much for making my trip and stay so great!

The riverwalk outside the hotel was very cool, my room had a view of it. The had some creative photography of the pool because it is tiny. I had hoped to swim some laps before hiking and it was not big enough for a lap. I stayed there because of the proximity to hiking so it was great for what I needed. A nice clean room with friendly staff.

Good spot. Nice off the main path in a world of crazy. Trees block the sign from the north. Beds are old and springy. Pool area needs updating. Shower pressure is nothing to short of disappointing. Minus those little things the place is great. Bike path behind, river rushing right beyond that. Couple hicking paths for you and your animals to run. Good spot for a weekend stay.

The window was open when we got there. The lock on the window wasn’t working. Didn’t feel safe. The room was ok. Only stayed a night. Need some deep cleaning in the rooms. Had a musty smell.

The poor conditions of that place, the roos, the elevator, etc. Giving that place 1 star is too much. When were walking to our room, one room was in such a bad condition that they were using fans to get out the smell, our room itself was not cleaned properly so we had to get switched to another and even then it REEKED of cigarettes. None of us felt safe in the room. The room was in such bad condition, the curtains were teared, the sheets were stained, had bugs and had dry rot. We cancelled the rest of our stay and the person at front said they would leave a note for the next worker about our situation, they did not leave a note and I have not gotten my money back, they have offered points which is not worth it. I am so disappointed and angery at the experience Ive had, this place does not earn the right to be called a hotel.

Overall, our experience at the Comfort Inn was great. The room was clean, service was excellent, and most importantly we felt safe. We really appreciate all the help the team members offered whenever we needed something! They really offered a kind and warm environment. With that said, our only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool. The water was murky and greenish. The hot tub had a lot of debris floating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn, especially if you are coming with your family!

Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was a bit cramped (for the price) and had no blackout curtains. Carpet was very stained and coming away from the wall in one spot. The sink faucet was broken so that it was difficult to turn on and could not be turned on for either warm or hot water. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was also of good quality (coffee and bacon both exceptional, and 3 egg options was nice), but some items (juice, bread, cereal) were running out an hour before the end of the breakfast period. We reported the faucet problem and desire for blackout curtains to staff upon checkout, and they thanked us for letting them know. Hopefully, that means they will address these issues.

Rooms were filthy, unaccessible for handicap, beds were worn and you sink in the second you lay down. Floor dirty, dust and cobwebs in room, hair in shower, broken bathroom door that wouldnt lock, pool was dirty murky water, jacuzzi is tiny and barely fits one peraon let alone a group- also not handicap friendly.

Surrounding area is beautiful, walking path, beautiful creek. The property itself needs a major upgrade and I’m sure they are aware. Staff was super kind and pleasant. Also only $25 to have your pet… pick and choose your battle I suppose

Room smelled horrible when we got there. We’re supposed to stay four nights but we cut our trip short. On the third night we got a call about someone on our floor smoking pot. We were accused of it and we don’t smoke. The third night someone tried to enter our room at night. The room we were in also had a bad smell when the toilet was flushed. The hot water ran out completely in the mornings when everyone was up to shower. The carpet in the room had a section that was cut out and put back. Not sure what happened there. The price was cheap but the experience was not.

The threshold between the entry way is ragged and a trip hazard. All outlets we could get to are very loose, this meant if I turned at the wrong speed my cpap came unplugged and took the charger base for our phones with it. The reading light on one side didn't work

First initial appearance was not bad, is an older motel , carpet in the 4th floor could use a good shampoo. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Our room did have a very mist smell when we entered, very happy they had a window that we were able to open. The swimming pool is really small and had way too much chlorine in it and was not well ventilated. Breakfast was descent, and the beds were comfortable. It did the job for a one night sleep passing through Colorado Springs to DIA but could defiantly use a good cleaning and some fresh carpet.

Standard service as expected,. The room was hot and muggy. The carpet had stains and needed a carpet replacement. The dacore was dated and rough. Slept in my clothes. Has so much potential.

Hotel was decent. Could use some upgrades but for one night it’s not that bad. The pool and hot tub are super tiny which was a little disappointing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable however I’m a pillow top type of gal. There’s a creek behind the hotel which was nice to walk down to and zen out after a long trip. Breakfast was good. Staff were super friendly and kind. Door kept jamming so I would have to use my whole body weight to open it. Overall for a short stay not too bad.
