Had a lovely couples break here in end March - beautifully kept resort with amazing activities, great food and super friendly staff. Would recommend 10/10

Spread out. No water during dinner. Poor service at the restaurant. Not really a 5*star hotel. Reception very primitive.

Second time here and I really love this hotel and it´s property. You´ve it all! Nice exlusive white sandy beach, infinitypool overlooking the ocean (adults only) and a large mainpool. Convinient and luxury sunchairs! There even is a third pool för excersiceswimming, tenniscourts, gym etc... Lush garden and a cuople of nice restaurants. all very well maintained. You also get spoiled by friendly professional service from Nilesh, Anastasia and rest of the staff. BUT! I´ve a big problem with the fact that there is no proper doors between bathrom/toilet and bedroom in your suit. The only thing that separates wc from room is a non lockable glasdoor. That means no privacy at all. So, only because of this we might stay in another hotel next time.

Amazing stay, this place lives up to their rating for sure. We were especially impressed with the kids club. Our kids are 4 and 7 and they absolutely loved it. Tennis, badminton, climbing MTB instructors and all required gear included. Amazing place

We had an amazing holiday at Long Beach. Excellent facilities and activities for the entire family. Only downside was the high cost of meals and drinks but otherwise everything else was great. Higly recommend this resort for families.

Stay away from this hotel!We had a terrible experience there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.We stayed there for 4 nights, on our last night, when organizing our stuff before the flight we found out that someone was picking our things and took 150$ out of 500$ we had (probably didn’t take all the money because they hoped we wouldn’t notice), when reporting the guest relations and reception they didn’t seem to be surprised and didn’t really do anything about it, only promised they will investigate it. Obviously it wouldn’t help us and we won’t get our money back and not only that, when checking out- we found out some extra charges we didn’t have (also here probably there are people that don’t check their bill and pay things they shouldn’t!) and they didn’t even apologized on it and requested us to pay the money! I would expect them to not charge us for 120$ of charges we had in order to make us to feel a little bit better after this terrible experience of knowing that the someone of the hotel staff got inside our room and picked our personal stuff!Shame on you and hope other guests will be aware that there are thieves walking between them, whatcha your stuff carefully!The location of the hotel is great but there are other hotels that self-respect theirselves and wouldn’t allow their guests to leave with such a bad feeling and aggravation.

Very nice beach. Clean and spacious room. Good pool facilities for kids.

Fantastic facilities! Loved the great entertainment that was every night. Lovely lounge areas to relax. Best Spa massages!! We even went back whilst staying at another 5 star hotel as they were so good. The only downside was the lack of snack options I between 3-6pm ish but we found this at most hotels. The beach was a bit windy but it was their winter so expect that on the east coast further north. Otherwise great stay!!

Fantastic friendly staff with a lovely atmosphere throughout, nice big beach and rest pool for kids.

Although the hotel was at full capacity when we were there it never felt crowded. The staff were super polite, friendly and courteous. Anna our room maid was amazing.
