My daughter and I always return to Crowne Plaza and feel at home. Everyone is catering for our needs and help us with a genuine smile. Love the bedding quality, the fruit presents, the taxi services, the body/hair wash/lotion fragrance, the amazing breakfast choices, the tasty dinners and all the staff. They all treat us amazingly and make our stay so much pleasant. Thank you, Crowne Plaza! You are our home in Romania!

Located relatively close (in between) to airport and also downtown .

Tasteful breakfast with personalized yummy omelettes cooked by a heartful chef who gave my daughter a rose as a present and came to our table to ensure my daughter was eating. Good bed linen, comfortable mattress, relaxing music during dinner time. Amazing front desk staff who went over the mile to help us find a solution with our transportation from a previous location to Crowne Plaza. Look forward to returning in 6 days!

This is an excellent hotel. It's location makes it easy to get to both the airport and the city center. It's also located within walking distance of the Romexpo, in fact they have a gate that allows guests direct easy access. The spa and the fitness center are great. The restaurant is delicious. The bed is comfortable and they quickly accommodated my request for a special pillow. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, I wanted a hotel close to Airport and to Therme Bucharest. In addition the service in the hotel is unbelievably great, from reception, baggage and taxi service staff, pool staff and dining room staff. The hotel is in great condition, facilities are not missing, parking inside, highly recommended!

Nice location clean property and helpful staff

depending on your business meetings location the hotel can be good - if you meet outside Bucharest as you avoid the traffic. No restaurants beside the ones in other Hotels - and no shops - so you can stay very business focused . Go there for business .

Quiet and surrounded by gardens

The hotel has been very clean and beyond my expectations. The lobby was decorated in an amazing way. The breakfast was the best we’ve seen in Romania. The variety of choices were great including the fresh made juices. The room is big enough and quite cozy too.

The hotel reminds me of a night club in the 1990s. The staff are either really good or slightly below average . Big shout out for Ana who works in the restaurant, she is excellent despite her manager more interested in his phone than the customers. A big thanks to the cleaning ladies also, they were very good.

I had a great stay at this hotel - first the lobby is gorgeous and spacious, and reception was very helpful upon my arrival… The rooms are clean and nice, i stayed in the junior executive suite, the large room and balcony suited me well, parts of the decor on property have a mid - late 90’s look, with that said - they’ve done their best to make the room feel modern. The restaurant downstairs is very good, i do recommend it. Overall i recommend this hotel, location and helpful staff makes this a place i’ll definitely stay again when in bucharest.

My times in Bucharest, and the Crowne were nothing less than fantastic.. I arrived there on the 24th of September and came back to the United States around the 30th of September!! I had so much fun enjoying and immersing myself in the Romanian culture of foods, people, of the local Baneasa Mall, a wonderful road trip with a new friend of mine named Mario, and as well the surprise birthday event of my times with a beautiful woman named Denisa! The hotel staff was incredible, my daily breakfasts were mouth watering (THOSE omelettes!) and my sleepovers were both relaxing and quite honestly more quiet than I expected

We had a very pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. One of the few hotels that really payed attention to the required COVID protection measures like wearing face mask or offering gloves at the breakfast. Unfortunately, it looks like this is an exception based on our stays in other locations. Breakfast menu was very good - would highly recommend it!

Would highly recommend an outstanding hotel for your future business or leisure stay in Bucharest,Romania. This hotel has the best possible wifi for your Zoom meetings, fantastic rooms with impeccable bedding, an excellent restaurant with a wide variety of high end items to choose from; small amenities in the room to make your stay more comfortable such as a nicely stocked minibar, a kettle with a nice selection of teas and coffee, a couple of bottles of mineral water; marvellous furniture and wall-to-wall carpet. The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable.Additionally, it has a very convenient business corner with a working colour and black and white printer. For after hours would highly recommend a drink at the lobby bar with a cigar cabinet to choose from, and of course, for your rest and relaxation, suggest a couple of laps in the adjacent swimming pool with a great spa to unwind after a long business day. Overall, I would grade this hotel as the best hospitality choice in the whole of Bucharest.

Just perfect for me and my son. We went on a weekend trip from Norway to see the UEFA 2020 match on the 28. of June 21 in Bucharest, and we were very pleased with the hotel, room, fitness centre, pool, breakfast and the friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and good air condition. The beds were more comfortable than we usually have had in other hotels in Europe. The fitness centre has high quality Technogym equipment. The jacuzzi was not in use now, but the inside pool was perfect. For breakfast I recommend the very nice omelette they make! Hotel is situated in a quiet area with only approx 15 minutes by taxi to downtown area (cost approx 20-30 LEI), and also only short walk to the local buses. If you are attending a match at the National Arena I would recommend using the metro back to the hotel. Parts of the city around the arena is closed after match, and the taxis are then hard to get. This hotel is highly recommended!

Good hotel, convenue to for the business park

It has a friendly atmosphere, enhanced by being low-level (only 3 storeys). Excellent conference facilities and technical support.The hotel is quite a distance from the main city so not ideal for sight-seeing.
