Didn't have the room we booked (3 bed apartment), couldn't find the booking, told we had to book another room. Eventually found the booking after almost being charged for another room- had been given 2 bed apartment instead.
In the end they gave us a room because it was their mistake. Didn't need the hassle.

We had a nice clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, fridge, dishes/utensils/kettle. Nice sitting area and a nice clean little porch overlooking the Indian Ocean. Only 5 minutes drive from the ferry to Rottnest which was convenient. Across the street along the water was a pedestrian running/walking path. Highly recommend. Staff was super friendly!

Small minusses / point for improvements
- need earplugs to sleep well (Glad I have them), noisy road & loud door closings
- lights from hallway comes into room at night - staff please dim them or even make them movement based
- hard to find healthy things with breakfast, no wholegrain bread available, no plain youghurt.

A coworker and I rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, but I wouldn't really describe this as a 2-bathroom accommodation. There was one toilet, and the second bathroom was really a laundry room with a shower installed in the corner. Definitely not what we expected. Also, the wifi didn't reach our unit so we couldn't do any work from the hotel. The location was fantastic though. Right across from the beach and walking distance to Hillarys, which was fantastic!

There were baby cockroaches all through the kitchen. No aircon in bedrooms. Out door court yard had not been cleaned in years. Caked in smoke ash.
