Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Lovely large quiet bedroom.

Good value Sunday overnighted in the centre of Bristol. Hotel lovely and warm, beds comfy. Restaurant is Miller ppand Carter, but there are plenty of options in the area around. Decent breakfast. Car parking is a tight squeeze but good value compared to the others around and is valid till midnight on day of departure.

Could do with an upgrade to the 21st Century with the TV quality in the room, the HD was not HD and could be better.
Syncing the TV channels would also improve the standard.

Great place, but customer service needs a review. I went for food and was left for 5 mins waiting to be seated with staff going by me constantly, to then tell me that dont seat after 10. Go to get room service but ineeded to setup billing, then reception didnt answer forcing me to go down to sort it. I dont think the charge for room service was fair after that. Next day i went to the bar, was asked to wait a min and they did what they appeared to be doing and then all 3 staff just left me there without a word. Came back a min or so later, but really? Overall service was poor in that manner, however reception were good. Food was good and the guy who brought it up was really good.
Overall for the place, other options at the same price will have me go there until they improve basics such as not leaving customers standing without communicating.

Spotless throughout. Beautifully decorated. All members of staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good size room. Bed very comfy. Highly recommended.

Hotel is steeped in history and a great location to explore the city. Bonus is the car park has LOTS of spaces, so great for not having to hunt down a parking spot in the city.

Marriott is my “ go to” hotel chain. They have high standards of comfort & cleanliness. The service is good too. They are not cheap but in my opinion it’s good value.

A very lovely hotel, very conveniently situated for the Hippodrome and aquarium and right by the cathedral. Inside didn't disappoint and the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The Miller and Carter Steakhouse was excellent.

We loved this hotel. The 2 double beds was a real bonus as often when travelling as two women we only have 2 single beds as an option. The staff were lovely and the hotel is gorgeous.

The price of hotel dust on side table, no HAIRDYRER was very shocked this was not in room , very disappointing after having showered and couldn’t dry hair

We checked in around 1 pm with very helpful desk professional named, Jada. She explained their policies, on site services etc. we asked for her recommendations for dinner within walking distance preferable. She asked what type of entrees we like? Steak and seafood. She said the Ox, steakhouse was walkable, seafood restaurant was not. We ate at the Ox. Waitress said it used to b a “bank vault”. Good food, excellent service.

This is a lovely well kept property in the centre of Bristol. They offer a wonderful buffet breakfast with many options to choose from. I would definitely stay here if I return to Bristol in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel for two nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking around the city, and there were nice areas where we could sit with family to visit and have drinks.

Liked the rooms and layout of communal areas. Didn’t like the lack of organisation of food at breakfast, only 1 toast station and causes a bottleneck. Suggest when coffee/tea is provided by waiting on team, then also toast is provided at the same time.

Arrived early at hotel. Asked receptionist if we could leave are bags so we could have a mooch around. She told us that a room was available. Brilliant news.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Welcomed a family of 4 and allowed to check in at the mid day instead of the 4pm check-in time!! The room is so spacious and clean. The entrance hall is so grand!! Definitely value for money!!!

It was a lovely, comfortable hotel with polite, friendly and helpful staff as you would expect from a hotel of such standing.
