Booked hotel from Hotel.com - Got room not shown - bed in alcove - we are both on our way to 80 - So climbing over each other! Reception should have seen complications! NO bar - restaurant closed at 21.00 Friday - THIS IS NOT 4* Will NEVER stay there again - to all booking demand room as shown on net!!! BUT Staff so Nice especially night watch (Ps not staff after 22.00 - I mean 4 stars!!!!!)

This hotel does not live up to expectations set for a 4 star luxury hotel. The room was tiny and very cramped. You could hardly move alongside the bed. The curtains did not tightly fit the window and the street lamp kept the room light during the night. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape and overall nothing was done to give some luxury feel to it. No extra amenities in the bathroom, nothing in the mini bar, no towels to wipe equipment in the gym nor basic water to drink.

This is like Fawlty Towers. A family hotel with signs all over the place what to do. However the hotel was not fully booked I could see all hanging keys! Why give me the room you should give to the last guest, the room without a view! 1sr floor, easy to clean, with a window facing the lobby.

Wey nice and cozy hotel. Rooms are on a smaller size, but no need for more space.

The towels were ripped since they were old. Water was cold.

4* hotel…??? It’s an old charming hotel with a lot of wear. Paint peeling and dirty bathroom.

This was my second visit to the hotel to meet with my son studying at Lund University on exchange from the UK. The hotel is freindly, good value and an easy walk from Lund station. The rooms are comfortable and functional and they serve a really good breakfast. The only suggestion I have is that it would be good to have powerpoints with USB charge points by the bed.

Room was spacious. Beds were comfy but pillows not so great. Enough variety for breakfast but hot food wasn't really hot. Great to have books and games in lounge area. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to train station and main centre area.

Had a lovely stay here with easy and flexible checkin!

Pretty rooms!

We stayed for one night as a family of 5 in a double family room and enjoyed everything about the hotel. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. We could not have asked for more. Tack!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! If had Swedish waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and traditional Swedish sandwiches as well as fruit and a yogurt. Great selections of juices and coffee drinks. The rooftop terrace, game room and board games were a wonderful addition. We used them all and enjoyed pinball in particular. Great location to train station, downtown, and the amazing playground at the city park.

It has so many good things for a very reasonable price. Terrific breakfast; comfortable bed; gym, sauna (for small fee) books to read; play areas for children; serves afternoon tea; has a nice restaurant. That is a lot for a small hotel. I interacted with four staff members who all wore smiles. I will highly recommend to others.

Very friendly staff that went the extra mile to make my stay best possible. I slept amazing in the room, it was a room with window into the hotel so no sun light waking me up in the morning (totally dark), perfect temperature with the ac and totally quiet. Hotel has an old style.

It was noisy in the night, because our room was located to the street. We had to open the window, because it was to warm....

The property was old fashioned which would be ok if the lights, safes and other things has actually worked. There was no management to resolve a booking problem. Simple orders were delivered wrongly. There was just an impression the staff were there because they had to be as it was a family run hotel.

I stayed here for three weeks in the beginning of my exchange. It turned out to be a great solution! The hotel is located in the very center of Lund. The room was cozy and spacious enough. Overall look of the hotel and interior design pleased my eyes and everything was clean and working as far as I noticed. I really enjoyed the small gym that was free to use (there are just cardio machines and dumbbells, but anyone can do a good workout with those!) as well as the sauna. Sometimes the sauna was a bit hot (even for a Finn!) and sometimes not hot enough, but it was still 10/10 in the middle of cold January. The breakfast was almost the same everyday, only the selection of cookies and bread varied. Nevertheless, the breakfast was really good and nourishing. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I felt like home at the hotel. I really appreciated that since I did not know anyone from Lund in the beginning when I arrived. Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a cozy place to stay in the heart of Lund!
