The first night was absolutely horrible. Although my room was on H4, it was across from several restaurants. Friday night it was almost impossible to get any sleep. The noise from the traffic was awful. It was noisy for much of the night. The next two nights were better after 11pm. Also the rooms need to be updated. I was really surprised that no safe could be located in my room.

We have a great time in Charlotte.

Great staff in bar area and maintenance. Checkin and out seemed like they could care less we were there. Had a leaky toilet - floor was wet. The solution - a bunch of towels until it could be fixed. Mentioned upon checkout and she didn’t even offer apologies for inconvenience. Just weird not sure what’s happened to service industry. Also we couldn’t get out of the parking garage with our pass - in and out privileges we’re not scanning - so I had to return to hotel to get a new pass. Front desk again did not offer any apology and made it seem like it was my fault. It’s too bad because it’s a great location and facility was fine overall but we won’t be back.

I arrived early and my room was ready, which was great. The facility was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

It was comfortable for a stay however the WiFi in the room did not work for us to use streaming services on the tv and the sound went out on it so we could not watch tv that night. However it came back on in the morning. Other than that the room served its purpose.

The property was clean. It is close to everything. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great other than the pool. It definitely needed cleaning.

Small room for executive king suite but perfect location

This hotel is mostly fine. I would recommend it for a work trip or quick stay. It's relatively clean and comfortable. Parking will add $30 a night, so be prepared. If you want breakfast, plan to either go somewhere else or spend another $30 for that. The pool is gross and not well maintained.

Could have been better; temperature regulation in hallways and elevators needs to be adjusted--way too hot; hallways and elevators could be cleaner; walls are very dirty; carpet dingy. Breakfast service was terrible but not staff's fault at all. Reimagine breakfast in a more traditional hotel way. Single service is out. Buffets are in. Overall general maintenance needs to be stepped up for a downtown hotel located in center city. I suggest a bigger maintenance team with a dedicated budget increase. Additionally, kitchen service needs more staff working at one time. Stop understaffing and overworking people.

First room we were given had trash left in the room and a dirty wash cloth left in the shower. Front desk responded quickly had a new room assigned and keys brought to us within 5 minutes

Staff wasn’t very accommodating at check-in. Too many crackheads asking for money around there. I used to live uptown and def not the same. Def don’t miss living up there

The stay was great. Parking was easy and convenient. Front desk and bar staff was great. Just recommend more food and entree on menu. Room was great.

Overall stay was ok. Pillowcases were dirty when we first got there they had to come and change them. We also did not get notification that the main street to the hotel was blocked off. I felt like an email or a call to let us know how to get into the parking deck would’ve been very helpful, very hot in the hallways of the hotel but the room was nice and cool did not offer breakfast other than purchasing it from their Starbucks counter in their hotel. That was a little misleading. Also, one of the elevators was working weird it would like take you all the way up to the eighth floor and then like bring you back down unnecessarily that was a little uncomfortable. Overall stay was fine. Would I stay there again probably just because it was the most affordable hotel in the area.

Great location, walking distance to lots of places in uptown Charlotte.

Hotel was nice enough but for the price I paid I would have expected my room to not smell like wet carpet and that I not wait on hold for 20 minutes to get an extra pillow.

The mattresss was old. The rooms are no longer cleaned or fresh towels provided. Service is terrible. Parking garage system is flawed.

Nice, clean hotel. Liked that you needed your room key to get on elevator to rooms for safety. Nice pool. Convenient to restaurants and museums, etc. Nicely laid out room, with streaming on TV was a plus. They just need better signage for parking in the building, both in the lobby and in the actual garage. It was hard to tell where the elevators were for both getting into the hotel from the garage and leaving the hotel again. We tracked down an employee in the lobby to point us in the right direction.

Amazing service, exceptionally clean lobby, bar and room. Fantastic 10th floor pool and well equipped gym. Clean comfortable room and bed with spectacular view.
