Situated near the E22 highway. Easy accessible. Has a Spa area. Room was booked with own Sauna/Bastu. Cleaning an d condition of room was average and could be improved. Breakfast also average and ended at 10.
The reception had a 21-01 menu but warm orderings and all snacks were not available. Recommend updating menu or removing it if not all options are available.
Will recommend the hotel for a stay over but not for a couples weekend.

Emailed hotel three times to book spa slot. Spa was reason we booked hotel. Had first reply acknowledging request, asking for more details. Replied twice and had no reply. On arrival we were told no spa availability. Explained I had emailed 3 times. Eventually got a 7pm slot but we wanted an afternoon one when we had arrived. Told staff had been extra busy and couldn’t reply.
Room had stove and fridge. No plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils or pans. Partner went to ask. Told only bookings of 5 nights or more had these things!! Nothing in t & c’s.
Every time we went to reception staff were not busy, eating or drinking. When we checked out, 4 staff were sat eating at a table with a notice saying they’d be back soon. A total disgrace. Breakfast was good, room itself was comfortable. Shocking service. Won’t return.

The hotel room was great and clean upon arrival. We stayed for two nights, but the room wasn’t cleaned and the beds weren’t made during the stay, so that was a big minus! The breakfast was very good. We thought the pool was included in the stay, but realized upon arrival that you had to pay extra to use the pool (and the spa). That was very disappointing and should be completely clear on the hotels.com description of the hotel, so you don’t, as a costumer, get tricked into booking a hotel with a pool and then realizing that it isn’t free to use the pool after all ! How silly is that…

Such a very nice and helpful staff! Helped out so many times - really stellar. The pool is incredible and great fitness area. Also the ping pong and pool tables are great for family.

Great hotel where everything worked well. Friendly staff, great spa (for an additional fee), versatile breakfast, nice spatious family room with a small patio, and the prebooked parking worked well with an additional fee. Highly recommended in Lund.

We booked this hotel although it was pricier than other options because we wanted a tub in our room and to visit the spa. We got neither. Spa was fully booked, and there was no tub in the room like the picture indicated. We told the receptionist when we checked in that we wanted to visit the spa but she didn’t tell us to book an appointment. The next day when we wanted to visit, she said it was all fully booked. You should let people know they need to book when they check in if they mention the spa. Everyone who works here is about 18 years old and no one takes responsibility. We also received a frozen panna cotta in the restaurant twice which they charged us for. The basics of customer service does not exist here.

The hotel was clean and as presented in the pictures. Our room was ok too, but the air could have been a bit better. We had an in-room sauna, which was tiny but functional. One of the wooden structures had darkened from moisture, and could be changed. We liked very much both the breakfast and dinners, game of pool, gym and the spa area. Spa pays extra, but was an experience. The sauna's there were clean and with views over green areas or crossroads. Personnel were helpful and reception 24/7.

Real disappointment! They charge as if they are 4 star, but more like low 3 star in reality. The cantine served very mediocre food. Also, it was not properly cleaned, neither the night we arrived nor the day after. Staff appear not properly trained and were very nervous and unhelpful. The wifi is called "ARTDESIGNHOTEL" which is very ironic, because it is absolutely not! Breakfast was decent though.

Great spa and pool area - we were very fortunate to have it almost for ourselves. As staying guests we were able to purchase a full day access and not just a 3 hour window. The dinner is not fine dining but a great option. Breakfast was really good

The spa was nice, but that’s about it. The beds are not comfortable (despite having booked a superior room), the shower drips, the dinner buffet is boring.
Breakfast buffet is fine.
I would say the rooms are too expensive compared to what you get.

This hotel gave me excellent service in a very nice environment. It is not a perfect five star hotel but when they give a terrific breakfast and... yes and...a great dinner included in a reasonable price. 4.5 goes to a 5.

Great hotel for travelling on business with great buffet morning and evening. Rooms are different with a renovate part and and old part. I stayed in the old part which is a little “tired”. But all in all a fine hotel

Good hotel. Dinner and breakfast both included in the stay and very tasty. Room clean but could do with a bit of updating. No net curtains so if you wanted the windows open you were overlooked by the rooms across the courtyard.

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old historical area of Lund. The inclusion of both breakfast and dinner is a real bonus, plus the standard of the evening meal was exceptional. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
