The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean.

A tile from the bathroom ceiling fell on the head of my 10 year old son. Thankfully he was not seriously injured. The manager, Aiden, stated that he was sorry that happened, but did nothing else. Really disappointed and I hope that something more serious does not happen to the next guest.

Loved our 9 day stay. The welcome staff are phenomenal. Exceeded any expectations. Made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make us feel special. We were on our honeymoon and when they found outlet we received a lovely gift box and a card signed by the entire front desk staff. Amazing room! Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and beautiful.

This place was amazing the amenities were great and staff were polite and friendly. It was very clean and up to date our villa came with a full kitchen. It was so peacefull.

Enjoyed the lodge. didn't spend a lot of time there, as were were out, but it was very comfortable. (loved the ceiling fan in room!).

Very basic accommodations, not what we expected from a Marriott. Villa smelled of paint the villas were not the nicest. Carpets were filthy, dated ceramic tiles. Sparsely decorated and felt like a cheap hotel. The pool music was blaring from 8:45 am until 10 pm and could be heard from the villas. Elevator was extremely slow and the outside hallways were dim and dark. Pool was okay, food available from 11:30-6:00. Limited offerings but nice to have something available. It’s a walk up and order yourself type snack hut. Area outside of the resort was very run down, tourist trap and kind of sad. Lots of closed hotels. Table rock area is prettier, cleaner and relaxing.

Great, clean property. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa. Nice large kitchen and dining area. Washer/dryer in unit. Pool was very nice with snack/drink bar. Only about 10-15 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Walkable to fun Pirate’s Cove miniature golf. Walmart only couple minutes drive away. Highly recommend.

Rained Sunday morning and there was a large group who had 15 children who were running the halls starting at 6:30 am playing tag on the steps and slamming doors and screaming. Nothing done about it.

Property is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and my family is having a blast. Everything is so safe and clean. Highly recommend this resort - especially for families. We love it!

I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night.
They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. I thought the lady was kinda haughty and didn’t really want to hear any complaints. I was just trying to do it for their own benefit and you know there is a lot more places to stay in Branson, Mo than that place.

Very enjoyable at the resort. Resort kept us informed daily about events taking that day. Very clean, room was spacious, well equipped. Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on. Bed was VERY NICE. The area was quite from cory traffic. Resort Staff pleasent.

We loved our stay! I read a ton of reviews on so many different places which made it tough to decide. We picked the right spot for sure. The activities planned were so great and the staff was amazing! We loved the indoor pool, game room and the outdoor game options. We can't wait to come back when the outdoor pool is open. Highly recommend Willow Ridge!

The property was nice! We did not like that we paid in full 2 months in advance for a non-accessible room and they gave us an accessible room and acted as if that was what we asked for before finally admitting they were overbooked and because we checked in late and it was spring break we had to get what was left. Unprofessional and although corporate stated that was not their policy nothing was done.
The room was to be cleaned on our second day, which they did not come. I will not stay here again given they give your room away and overbook using accessible rooms as their catch all.

The staff was very nice upon our arrival, and they maintained good communication (via text) of the scheduled events and any changes to these events (i.e. s'mores, crafts, etc.) The property is conveniently located to the main strip and many nature areas. For having so many other families with kids on sight at the same time, the property was very peaceful. The indoor pool/hot tub was the only pool that was open at the time of our visit (early spring break), but the outside pool areas looked nice, even though they were covered for the season. At night, we could hear the collective singing of the nearby frogs, which was a nice touch to our evenings. Our only complaint is that our room needed more hooks and/or bars in the bathroom (or the room in general) for hanging towels and other wet items.
