Veldig fint hotell,bra frokost, meget pent rom! Men var der tre netter og hadde bestilt en rengjøring men var aldri noen innom..

It's a nice hotel in a great location that offers very good value for money. Breakfast could be improved in that we got a bit tired of the offering by the 3rd morning. Sausages and meatballs not that tasty. Vanilla yoghurt also not great. Very tasty bread though. We wasn't aware that on the Monday (our last day), that Breakfast finished at 10. This was no problem for me as we was sat for 9:30 but at 9:46 a waitress tried to move us into the bar area as they were starting to clear the tables. I refused and stated that I'd spent 20 minutes preparing the breakfast table for my family and the time I'd spend moving everything with 2 kids with us would be the same as the time it would take us to finish. Waitress shoukd have a think about how to best solve this kind of situation next time.

Convenient location near the station. Good communication prior to visiting. Nice breakfast with good variety but would have benefitted from a bit of variety each day. Nice room. Good size TV and comfortable beds.

Rooms are very large and comfortable beds. Room was a little cold, despite having the heating on. Very walkable to attractions and convenient location for transport.

Big city hotel, but you wouldn't say so at all! Very tasty, elaborate and well organized breakfast. Comfortable beds and very noise free rooms (we didn't sleep on street side though). Close to shopping, musea, restaurants in Göteborg. You can walk almost to anything and very good tram system as well.

The stay was fine didn’t mind the mind being close to the mall but the construction right in front of the hotel made it so inconvenient to drive up to the parking garage

Superb buffet breakfast, shame my room was at the far extremity of the 5th floor, heating system not very controllable but great shower and bathroom , very clean and tidy !!

Stayed here for 2 nights during my trip to Gothenburg. Great location. It was straight across the road from the train/bus station. Staff were very friendly, both at reception and at the bar. The room was great. Spacious and nicely done out. Bed was comfy. The room had temperature control (hot, cold or somewhere in between) - which was needed as it was surprisingly hot for Sweden! Had access to the pool, gym and sauna - which was a great way to relax. The breakfast on offer was also very good - plenty of choice. Overall, the hotel was much better than I expected and was great value for money.

Check in was so so but that’s way forgotten after we got into our very clean and cozy room. Gym and breakfast are great. There’s even a sauna.

Lovely staff, fantastic breakfast, clean and well appointed room, comfortable bed, bathroom was great (shower big enough etc). My only quibble is the space available to store our suitcases. There was very little space to open one suitcase let alone two. We only stayed one night so it was manageable.

Very convenient location. Bar and restaurant areas were good. Good quality breakfast. Bedroom was fine - bathroom a little tired but generally absolutely fine. Would recommend.

As with the other two Scandic hotels everything was very good, this one had by far the biggest room, but again the room was spotless especially the bathroom. Food at breakfast was good, and the restaurant at night was ok. Would I stay here again, definitely

Lite basseng. Fikk ikke nye håndklær, men ellers bra. God seng. Stort dobbeltrom med mye plass. Bra plassering.

Close to the station, good breakfast, walkable to the old town. Functional room with all you expect.

An overnight stay prior to travelling to the airport. Generally I find this hotel to be good in every way, unfortunately this visit was at the same time as a sporting event for children /adolescents. This meant I had to listen to many races and shouting matches in my corridor until quite late at night. I also discovered the hairconditioner had not been refilled /was empty. I'm hoping I won't encounter these problems again. As I said at the start, I have not had any issues with this hotel before.
