They ask me to pay more for our stay . Because we want to change the room . The room they give us back up to train station. The hotel most of the room back up to train station .

Great location , close to shopping, event centers, restaurants and train station. Bed was horribly too firm. Painful on hips and back. AC was not the best. Too long to cool down the room and then it didn't get very cold.

- we requested a quiet room but had a very loud room where you could hear all trains from the nearby train station (probably the case for all rooms facing the train station)

From easy check-in to speedy and delicious room service, the Melia was a lovely stay! Located right next to the station for easy access to trains to Sintra, buses into downtown Lisbon and 3 subway stops from the airport. So easy to get around and see the city, visit the shopping centre across the street and wander the streets nearby. A great stay overall!

Everything about this hotel was really quite nice, except the sink in my bathroom didn't drain (room 704). I asked them to fix it, and someone came, but it still didn't drain after that. They clearly knew this was a problem when I called to have it fixed, so I question why they would offer a room in this condition. I would stay here again, but next time I would check all facilities before settling in and request another room if everything wasn't in working order.

Beautiful hotel with access to the transportation hub to get around Lisboa!

What a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing! Earlier check in post red-eye flight and quick service to get a cot. Our room was comfortable for two adults and 2 children. Very comfy, firm beds and the couch and cot were already prepared for us upon arrival! I was surprised how little noise we heard from our room, as the train was right outside our window, but we didn’t hear anything in the hallway either. Curtains in the room were excellent for keeping the room dark. Tight parking, but we made it work and they even had a charging station! Would definitely stay here again.

Melia is always a good stay for us... whenever it's available, we tend to go back, because we consistently get good service, and the hotels are always clean, with good amenities, and very friendly staff.
Lisbon's Oriente location did not disappoint, and was very much in line with previous experiences.
The room was nice and spacious, bathroom was great. Having USB ports next to the bed was a nice surprise since we didn't need to worry about our phones charging.

We needed to get to the airport early so this hotel was perfect. 1 minute walk to the Oriente Metro which goes straight to the airport and it’s in a great location with a 1 minute walk to the Vasco da Gama mall and the surroundings from Expo ‘98.
