In a convenient part of town for museum and Wenslasus Square shopping. Breakfast was excellent, lovely characterful building with good cafe downstairs. Gym is quite small. Overall a good stay.

A wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was superb with little touches such as a live pianist, champagne, hot chocolate etc. Easy access to main attractions. Cafe downstairs was excellent. Great little gym. Overall a top place to stay.

Hotel is located reasonably close to tram and subway and only a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Room on level5 was very quiet and well appointed (seems to have been refurbished in recent times). Breakfast was included in rate and was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was well maintained, staff was courteous.

Room given to us was claustrophobic with sky facing windows. Despite request staff did not revert with options to change the room. Neither reverted with option to cancel the balance of the trip despite requests.

Very impressed with my overnight stay here . Close to Muzeum Metro station and Main Station . Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable . Coffee in room with safe and fridge and breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent .

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast crew; a trio of awesome ladies who made sure that everything was running smoothly.
The front desk was often unattended; we waited, rang the bell and called from the room but no one was there. The first instance was later in the evening and the second was around 6:00 pm.
The room was smaller than expected. There were no extra pillows which I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
On the other hand, the location is great. If I were looking for a 3-star hotel, I would book it again

Excellent choice and location of hotel for seeing Prague’s main sites. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar was good and food was ok. Drinks and food good value for money. Only slight downside was the building works right next door to the hotel. Work started around 7am each morning and it was clearly right next to our room. In saying this, it did not spoil our break and works will complete in a while (?) I guess.

The hotel is in a great location near transportation and shopping. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a very large room furnished with many options for seating and storage. Staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was included with a great deal of seating and options from the buffet.
The sauna/massage/hot tub room in the listing is a bit misleading. It is not included and you are required to reserve a time slot at an additional cost.
Overall a great value for a semi-luxurious suite in downtown Prague.

We loved the hotel. Great location and very walkable, clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast is very generous and tasty. However the best of the hotel is the personnel. I can’t say enough about people working there: whether it’s the desk or restaurant or cleaning. Everybody is polite, helpful, professional and very nice. We actually wanted to extend the stay but no surprise it was fully booked for the weekend. Would rdcommend to stay without hesitation to anybody visiting Prague

Great hotel, was in Prague for a conference at the congress center. We wanted to stay at a hotel that was easy to get to the congress center and still be close to all the sites. This hotel checked all the boxes I needed. The breakfast had a great selection. Our room was thoroughly cleaned. We enjoyed our stay and are sad to leave Prague.

Staff were lovely, hotel is clean, great area & very well kept. Unfortunately the aircon didn't work in the room. It was extremely hot, with no fans available & the staff didn't seem to actually care about this.

Very clean and lovely classical building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar shut quite early though which was a bit disappointing as we didn’t want to go out, out with teenage children.

The property is on a busy street, however the noise is very subtle and not an issue.The property is clean and updated. Also, the breakfast was more than i expected and was really glad i choose to stay here.

This was our third time in Prague as well as at this hotel. This staff are freindly and helpful. The rooms are large and pretty and the bathtub is super comfortable to soak in. We even got a mini champagne and cookies in our room to welcome us. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Very nice B&B hotel. Walking distance from the centre with the good access to the public transport. It is not a new hotel, but in a very good condition. Breakfast included. Happy to book again.

the place was almost in the center of where you want to go. walking distance to the square and metro. Thanks to Jasmine and MIchelle for their rec for restos. And coz its in the center oftown the night may not be as quiet as u want it to be ...u may hear ambulances and police sirens every now and then...but worth it!..and d free bfast was good too..

The hotel was beautiful and very close to Wenceslas Square. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
