Its a good hotel in the Center of Praha near to Metro and Tram .

Good stay for 1 night in Prague only negative was the Wi-Fi did not work in my room kept cutting in and out. I would come back and stay again.

We were booked at the K+K Central location, but they had some problems with the rooms, so they moved us to the K+K Fenix location nearby via taxi -- which was fine, except that the Fenix location is surrounded by strip clubs. The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathtub was raised quite a bit and thus a bit difficult to get in and out of, and the shower door only covered half the tub, which made it hard not to splash. Also, the supposed double bed had a very noticeable divide in the middle, as they had just stuck two twins together. But they gave us free breakfast to make up for the move and the breakfast was really good. And the service was generally good.

In the heart of Old Town Prague. Old, historic hotel, but renovated adding modern conveinience and retaining 1800's charm. Walkable to train and Old Town. An adult/teen Disney World.

Was a nice place close to the old town. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The gym was very small and didn’t really have enough equipment for a proper workout. I ended up going to Max Fitness nearby and used their excellent facilities instead. Being able to check in early was a plus

Great easy to walk everywhere

Air conditioning is controlled by the hotel regardless of the controls in the rooms. They would turn off air conditioning at certain points at night which completely ruined my ability to sleep. I've had much better experience at other K K locations.

Hotel is old and furniture is outdated but staff give it’s best to clean it and provide you a great service. Breakfast was great with a lot of food choice. Location of the hotel is in walking distance from the city center and is convenient for look around and shopping.

In room glasses were dirty and were never removed during our stay. Staff at front desk was not very friendly and welcoming. Staff in dining room was overwhelmed at times. 2 Rooms provided are in need of renovations. Bathroom was tiny and bathtub was not cleaned one day during our stay
