Last minute booking for a great stay. Place is in a great location and close to everything. Rooms from first building might be noisy as one high transit road is just in front of the property.

In general, it is a transient hotel, more for families and excursions than for business. however, I found the desk in the room is well located. the WIFI is very good. The rooms are a bit neglected, as you find stained and deteriorated things. it has a great advantage and that is that it has a shuttle to and from the airport.

overall, the hotel was good, had to change rooms as the 1st room offered was not good. the breakfast was good, the overall service was as expected. the location was good for walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Amazing place to stay near the airport, with some nice restaurants, bank and shops within walking distance. The staff even let me print some documents on the printer and computer they have in the lobby for guests, which saved me a big headache. In addition, they stored some bags for a week while we took a side trip. Huge plus. Rooms are nice with mini fridge and coffee maker, plus a safe, and the garden setting is gorgeous. Extensive free breakfast with waiters and a nice variety ( good coffee!) I would definitely stay here again. The only con is the shuttle only picks up at airport once an hour so if you miss it (every hour at the :45) you have to wait or take an expensive taxi. Also if you’re flying out on Sansa ,you need to tell them before you leave the hotel because they won’t circle back and take you to the separate small terminal (it’s before the main airport). Overall great hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is old but clean and well maintained. The only negative thing is that We can hear every single sound in the hallway the whole morning (I am a light sleeper)., otherwise, would have been a perfect experience.

Beautiful property, Affordable price, Breakfast had many option, Glad there is a shuttle to get your around the facility because it is huge and has many steep hills. Shower water was super hot. No iron or refrigerator in the room. I had room 215 it has a beautiful view of the volcano.

Directly next to a real busy highway. Houses next to the hotel have high concrete walls, metal bars on top with military barbed wire and cameras. Prisons in Florida are jealous and less protected. Restaurants and a little shopping market have two armed security during shopping hours next door.

Been @ your hotel many times. This time was desapointed the room had bad smell was next to ice making machine very noise very dark windows might not consider on our next trip.

The name Radisson is false, it might have been in the past? Nowadays it’s a choice hotel. The hotel looks old and outdated, a shower with a shower curtain and a shower-head full of lime. It was okay for one night after a long flight, would be disappointed of I have chosen this one for more nights. The breakfast is really simple as well. They advertise as a 4 star hotel, in Western Europe it would get a maximum of 2 stars.

Decent place close to the airport.

The staff was friendly and professional in every aspect: the room on the other hand needs an update. There was 3 TVs and I couldn’t get English on any of them. I had to call the front desk twice to see if the could program the TV for English, they were finally able to get one of them in English with a different remote but couldn’t leave the remote with me because they needed it for other rooms. The door to the bedroom wouldn’t close. The key for the door kept not working so I would hatto go to the front desk to fix it, mind you we were only there for one night.

The breakfast was good and the staff is really nice. unfortunately there was mold in my room.
