My wife and I went for two days to see some shows and the lights of Xmas and wasn’t disappointed the hotel was very nice and clean and very convenient to everything on the Branson strip

Everything was nice, the only thing I have to say is that housekeeping did not clean our room/restock towels etc once in the 3 nights we stayed ... other than that it was great!

I was shocked how clean and accommodating the hotel was for such an excellent price! Beds were comfortable, check in was seamless. Very impressed, will stay here again

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating! The hotel was a stop for several bus loads of travelers. It seemed that no matter what time we came for breakfast, it was packed and food ran out easily. But it was a nice stay and convenient to shows, but not directly on the highway, so nice and quiet. All in all, a nice place.

This was our first time staying here, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. If you're picking a 2 queen room, make sure to select the higher priced one ($10 more), to hopefully get a room in the main building. Make sure to ask them when you check in. It booked us into building two, but they changed us to one without issue.

I liked the hotel building one but they had put us in building 2. I feel like before you book the room they should advise what building you would be in so you could choose to stay there or stay somewhere nicer. I feel like building 2 is not very nice

Great hotel. Very clean, bed super comfortable, and the two gentlemen that were at checkin were very friendly, professional, and quickly checked us in.

When we went to our room our key card didn't work. The lady doing laundry helped us. They were very prompt to see that our cards were not activated and get new cards to us. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Went to Branson for our 25th anniversary, and to catch a show with my wife’s favorite band, the hotel easily accommodated her power chair, even letting us leave it in the corner of the lobby on charger when she felt up to walking, Mike the manager was super nice, we will definitely be booking at the Oaks again

I loved the breakfast they offered. The accommodations were great. I was really GRAND. Their lobby area was big, they had just put up the Christmas decoration and it look breathtaking.

The room was clean, staff were friendly. Room darker than we like and the shower hose was put on in a way that it shot sideways but other than that was a great place to stay. Beds were very comfy

My biggest issue with the hotel is there was no USB ports on the room, which created charging issues.

Was not happy that we had to call and request new towels, shampoo and bath tissue. I miss the day where they cleaned your room, replaced towels and such without having to call and request it to be done. Our stay was 7 nights, it should be obvious that we would need items replaced. That is what I am paying for.

Look like there was mold growing on the walls in the bathroom and the towels were all tattered. Elevator carpet was filthy very noisy refrigerator and when we turned on the heat, it was an awful smell coming from the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Oaks. Property and room were both clean. Service was great. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, food was not great.

This was our first time staying at this Hotel. We were very pleased with the quiet comfort of the room. We especially appreciated the No Pet policy. We like animals but do not want to sleep in a bed where one has laid. The breakfast was good making the overall stay a great value. We will be back.

Do not recommend. We booked a month ahead of time through the Hotel app and when we arrived we were met with unexpected fees! Had to pay an extra $100 for a deposit just in case we took anything or ruined anything, if we didn't pay that they wouldn't have let us stay. No where did I see anything that told us about the fee before arriving. Also had to give my entire vehicles information including license plate. Water was lukewarm not even warm enough for a bath or shower. Beds were okay but not the most comfortable & the units took forever to cool down the room.

The Room was uncomfortable because the Wall Mounted Thermostat was defective. Temperature must be set on 82D for cooling to cycle off. There was not a separate inside safety lock accessible only to occupant, for minimum door opening, so anyone with a pass key could enter.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our 4 night stay was pleasant. We had the accessible room with the walk in shower and 2 queen beds. It was enough space to move around but smaller than some we have stayed in. I would recommend and stay there again.
