Love the hotel except for the fact people not room were closing and opening doors around 3 am, also fixing the locks gets while I was sleeping around 9 am came from av15 hours trip besides that excellent exactly like the pictures

The location of the hotel is great. It’s an easy walk to most tourist spots. Nice breakfast included. Our room faced north and so quite dark even with the lights on (once we figured out which switch to operate them) same with dining room. Rooms to the rear of the hotel probably brighter and less constant noise from streetcars.

I LOVED this hotel! Great location due to its close proximity to the main train station. The staff was so helpful. The room was chic and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Would certainly stay here again! Excellent value for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom area is slightly small but it was sufficient. The breakfast was nice and we could always get a table. The only downside was that the hotel bar was closed. Location was perfect for what we wanted although a little walk into the old town. Would stay here again.

Air conditioning in room was useless. room was 28c when arrived due to both radiators in room on highest setting, turned them down & thankfully windows open so called the room that way.
Would be nice if they had a bar, says closed for refurbishment but simply looked closed to me.

Good location easy access to train station and old town square. Friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are extremely hot and unable to function the aircon without notifying staff. Did not like the lay out of the room. The breakfast was always cold and did not enjoy.

Great location. Breakfast was good too. Nadya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She made my trip by recommending places to see and how to get there. She even found me a power adapter (America to Europe) as I forgot to bring one.

The hotel looked like on the photos maybe 15 years ago. Now it's poorly maintained and the staff act as they were doing me a favor for taking care of me. Pathetic. Breakfast is horrible, everyday the same "selection". The hotel is not worth the money you need to spend for it. On top of that, the worst thing was that the shower was stuck and it flooded everyday half of my room. Nobody took care of that during my 3 night stay. Even though I was staying on the 5th floor at 1 am one could here every single tram and car going around. Windows are not soundproof because they are old.

This hotel is perfect for a city break - excellent for transport and the centre but calm enough to get a good nights sleep. Good breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful on arrival and check-out. Would recommend!

This hotel was excellent. The staff was so friendly, they packed a take away meal for my early flight! The location is by the main station, so convenient and to the buses that go into the city and old town but just far enough from them. Highly recommend this place and very lovely staff!

Truly the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and got me started for my busy day. The room was spacious and I loved the view.

We were very pleased with our choice for 1 night in Prague. Close to New Town and the main rail station. Very comfortable bed and room. Nice art deco touches in the furnishings, including designers we were familiar with. We had a nice room on the top floor. Very recommended.

Limited breakfast buffet but did the necessay. The Cleaning staff was a bit too noisy in the mornings when cleaning nearby rooms.

We just loved our stay here for below pointers-1- all front desk employees extremely helpful and friendly.2- location is great ,all attractions in walking distance (charles bridge ,lenon wall)3-next to bus stop , train stations 4- rooms were as shown in pictures,we booked from expedia.I would certainly give 5/5 for stay and will recommend anyone travelling to Prague.

An average hotel quite close to train station.
Also just a few minutes to shopping area and restaurants. The room decoration is somewhat unusual, very bright, may not suit everyone taste. The receptionist, Petra, is very friendly and helpful, and directed us to a good money changer across the road. She likes to talk to tourists and has a great character.

Stayed 3 nights in Prague for the Prague marathon. Booked the room the same day as I arrived. Got a very nice and large room.

I loved this hotel for many reasons. The location is great as it is only about a ten minute walk into the centre. All of staff were friendly and always helped when we needed them, nothing was ever too much or too little. The breakfast is decent as well and very convinent hours. The hotel in general was clean and tidy. The beds are super comfortable this for me is very important as I have stayed in other hotels and my back has been sore from sleeping on them. I would love to come back to this hotel again.

Modern hotel in converted older style building. Nicely done with some quirky features. Nice lounge area downstairs to work or wait for people to meet you. Tall ceilings and nice interior. Centrally located.

The front desk staff was very helpful answering questions, providing recommendations and booking dinner reservations. Martin in the restaurant provided friendly service.

Change to a much bigger and much more comfortable room.

The hotel interior looks modern and new. The room is clean and comfortable even though it’s small. Breakfast is very good.
Only thing I do not like is the hallway looks so dark because the lights has motion sensors.
