Everything was good accept the shower. It was a faucet we never saw before so took some time to figure it out. Then we saw the instructions on the mirror.

We have stayed before. Spent 2 nights. Overall good experience. One of our rooms had a funky smell. Ended up finding a half eaten corn dog under the bed.

Just 1/4 mile walk to the Casino across the street. Clean facilities. Friendly and efficient staff.

Several of the employees went out of their way to greet us throughout the stay. Property is clean and convenient to the Casino.
I did have an issue with leaving some personal property in the room that was valuable after we checked out. Upon calling a few hours later, the management helped secure this for me until I could pick up the following day. Good to know that kindness and honesty are still alive and we are grateful to the staff.

Small tv, and dated mattress as well as needed a good dusting all around are the only reasons this didn’t get a 5 star review. Staff were very friendly, within walking distance to the casino and the breakfast was always stocked.

Overall good experience, constant smell of marijuana was overwhelming and the pillows in the room were not comfortable. Staff language was a little uncouth coming from the workers on break outside, the front desk and kitchen staff were amazing.
The room was clean, free breakfast great. Not a bad place to stay just need to address the professionalism of the workers on breaks and do more updates.

I stayed in a handicapped accessible room. It was very nice with lots of room.

The breakfast buffet was pretty weak compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I've been at. The property is a little tired. The biggest thing for me is that the tub sounded like it was going to collapse. Clearly the subfloor under the enclosure is rotted away. I was thankful every time I made it out alive.

This property is in such a good location. The staff always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Will be back to stay here when in Cherokee!

Just a short weekend get away but the staff treated us as if we were family. They were most professional but REAL in their approach, friendly at all hours, and always willing to make our stay unforgettable. This was our first stay here but not our last.

Bed sucked. Hard and springs poking you. TV channels only worked occasionally. Air wasn't working in room when we got there but they replaced the unit and fixed that. Had to go downstairs to get towels. People were mostly friendly. great location if you are going to casino. breakfast was the same everyday and needed some variety.

Check in & out was excellent. appreciate the hotel staff & the breakfast staff.
