Great location. Just down the street from the oldest dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong.

The Team is very friendly and attentive
The conditions of the room were absolutely inacceptable
(filthy carpet in room and corridors, (blood?) stains, Wall at A/C outlet black (dirt or mold); bathroomdoor handle fell off, drawer would not remain closed.
Happy Hour terrace closed without alternatives
Very sad, was once a nice place to stay, now completely run down. :-(

Second stay there. The location is still amazing but I was disappointed to have a room half size of the one I had the first time and I am pretty sure I did book the same details room. They explain somethings about a convention and they are fully booked so they cannot give me those room even if I pay. The fact is the room type was actually available in hotels.com so I have the impression to have paid for the wrong room

Looked nothing at all like the photos… tiny rooms with horrible amenities.
Breakfast was awkward as every guest was seated at one round table with drinking water hard to come by.

The amenities were not put every day. Had to call consierge several times to put new amenities. Room was dusty, bathroom clogged. All in all little disappointed even though it was rated as very good hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet area but so close to some restaurants. It was storming, thunder and lightning one whole day. Lucky for the Lin Heung Lau restaurant was just at the corner, a great dinner close by.

The staff, location and price was excellent. The rooms are older and need some updating. Carpet is a bit sketch but overall for the price it is great. We will return.

The hotel stay was pleasant and the stuff service was great. They were very helpful and very friendly but the location of the hotel was disappointing as it was really difficult to find and also very hilly with many steps and difficult to walk around with luggage. So if you plan to come to the hotel, you must get a taxi from the Hong Kong Station which is the last stop of tho AirPort Express.

This hotel is in a great, walkable area with many nearby restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the traditional Chines decor in the lobby and rooms; they added a lot of joy to my stay. The happy hour with the free wine was a great bonus. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and very much recommended.

Hotel was quite and was able to have a good rest at night.
The toilet door was a bit wonky couldn't close properly unless you yanked really hard but no big deal.

This property is in an excellent location for westerners. It’s right in the middle of the expat community with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The metro is less than 10 minutes and the Star Ferry was about a 15 minute walk. The service was top notch and the property is in good condition. For Hong Kong, it’s a good value.

The Chinese ,look-and-feel' of this hotel differs very positively from standard modern hotel chains. The open air looby on the 4th floor is an island of recreation in the hectic city. The service was perfect from the beginning.

Deco was super cute.
The harbour view suite was not the one pictured/sold to me on expedia. It was smaller with a little balcony. The hotel website has the correct pictures and information with a virtual tour. It was still lovely with some nice welcome gifts. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. I will be back!

The hotel rooms are somewhat outdated, but I lucked out with an upgrade to a top-floor room boasting an amazing view. Despite this, the exceptional location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than compensate. It's situated in a very convenient and vibrant area, teeming with dining options and places to enjoy drinks. Highly recommended
