Bathroom was moldy around the shower and the mat in the shower was very dirty

Just a quick one night stop on our two day travel. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a great shower. Good breakfast and wonderful staff maintaining everything in the dining area. Front desk was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for just one night.

Property was at the end of road wise earlier other hotels. This made it very quiet but the signage was a little difficult to locate. Hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

We checked in around 8 pm, checked out by 7 am the next morning. Stayed on 3rd floor so it was quiet, bed was comfortable. Hotel looks a little dated, had an old smell in the hallway. Staff was very nice.

The lady who worked the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. She was so sweet and outgoing.

A lot of roches and bad smiles we went to check in but found out the dirty the bad smill and we left and they still charge us for three days

The room was very nice and clean and smelled good. The staff was great. My kids loved the pool and i really enjoyed how quiet it was.

My wife and I were traveling in our motor home with our 2 dogs. Made a reservation through Hotels.com on a page that clearly stated at the top, "Search only pet-friendly hotels". When We got to the hotel, they neither accepted pets nor our reservation.

Walkable safe clean quiet and close to shopping center

Our room 111 had been recently renovated and was so nice! The bed felt so luxurious. We had issue with the carpet not being vacuumed before we arrived. The issue was taken care of from the front desk. I do not feel this was a normal occurance therefore did not knock off any stars.

The facility was very clean, organized and the staff were friendly and very efficient. The room was large, well equipped and extremely comfortable.

This looked like a new facility or they just keep it clean. It has a pool area for relaxing and breakfast on site. It you want more, IHop is next door. The room was spacious, including a comfortable couch and large desk area. Plenty of plug ins for all your devices. The only downside was the curtains to block out light were fixed and not moveable. Meaning the 4 street lights outside my window shone in all night. Not having a dark room to sleep in made it hard to sleep. I keep thinking it was the sun was up multiple times. And to the credit of the hotel, they had a signage in the room saying if not satisified with anything, call the front desk. I realized the curtain problem when getting ready to lie down and didn't want to find another room. Other than that, this is very affordable and I will stay again when in the area.

The rooms were nice. The bed was lumpy on one side though. The staff was A-1. Loved that!! The rooms were clean. The fitness room was nice as well.

Nice hotel on frontage rd. Quiet and safe

We spent one night for a quick trip through town. The room was clean, spacious, and adequate for our needs. We did not visit the pool area. The lobby/dining area was not as clean and inviting as I would’ve liked but we didn’t spend enough time there to be bothered by it. I would stay there again and would recommend.

We stayed here in June 2024. We picked this hotel because it had a pool. When you enter the pool area lovely pots of flowers graces the area. I noticed flowers in other spots around the hotel as well. Very nice. However, the pool was filthy! Not the water..it was well treated and I was able to do my Aquatic Therapy, but I didn’t stay in the water long. The steps and the sides of the pool were so dirty. Just needed a good cleaning before the swimming season. The air conditioning didn’t work on the 3rd floor and the coffee was terrible. On the plus side, both my husband and I slept like logs. Very nice bed and linens. Oh, breakfast lady was super nice!

Clean and comfortable

Your picture of the property showed a roll-in shower and shower wand for accessibility. The actual room had a tub and regular shower head. Unacceptable for a disabled person. To add to the ‘misery’, the tub drain was clogged. So no shower was taken on second day. Also, unacceptable. Will not trust Expedia or Comfort Suites advertising again. If I ever use your service again, will have to do the ‘legwork’ and call the actual property to see if I am getting what is paid for. I believe I did not get what I paid for on this stay.

Our sink faucet had a leak. Pool wasn’t very clean.
