Every thing was excellent. All staff exceeded expectations. Dream hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Truly a pleasure to stay here. The room, the service, the food, the pool, swimming in the South China Sea, the white sand beach...it exceeded all expectations.

I got food poisoning from breakfast and there were Geckos in my room. As a result, I decided to move to a different hotel for the last night. When I notified the hotel they were unconcerned and refused my request for a refund for the final night even though I didn’t stay there and they got me sick.

We booked a room with an ocean view. The room was very spacious. It had a wonderful outdoor garden shower. The waves from the ocean nearly crash up on to your doorstep. There's also a patio with chairs outside your room to enjoy a drink with your partner. The service was wonderful, and they have a currency exchange at the hotel.

This was my third time at Victoria Hoi An. I love this hotel! The facilities and room are beautiful, the staff so friendly and helpful and the location is quiet. Just a short ride away from busy Hoi An.

Beautiful place highly recommended.

Lovely hotel right on the beach, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are great. The pool area doesn't look that big in photos but there are lots of sunbeds and there is also a private beach. There's also a free shuttle bus to the old town which is great to see.

All the staff at the hotel go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay. All are friendly and helpful and happy to provide advice and information on the local area and activities The hotel itself is spotless and all amenities are working as described. The pool was located adjacent to the beach so there was a fantastic cooling breeze blowing across - definitely needed in the recent 30C temperatures there Food at the hotel was great, including breakfast where there was plenty of choice of freshly prepared items, and dinner and lunch selected from the menu and all at very good prices. The hotel is about 3 miles, 5-10 mins outside of Hoi an old town but they run a free shuttle several times a day which was very handy. Having said that, the taxi fare is not the much anyway - around 10k VND=£3 The surrounding area has a number of restaurants where you can get cheap Vietnamese and western style food and there are a few shops and pharmacies for necessities I would definitely recommend Hoi An and the Victoria spa resort.

Stayed for 4 nights with my son. Had amazing experience. Excellent service and wonderful medical support too. My 6 year old son had ear infection and it was so reassuring that hotel also has full time nurse on the promises who arranged a doctor visit for us.

I can’t rate this property more for our stay in June! We stayed for 4 nights for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely! The staff were so wonderful, provided us a free upgrade and had arranged a special treat for us in our room. The pool and surrounding areas were just beautiful. The resort was so calming and relaxing. Happy hour was an excellent addition for a few cocktails. As to be expected the beers are more expensive at the hotel than in town. But paying a little more to lay around the pool was worth it for us. The hotel offered a shuttle in and out of Ancient Town 3 times a day and even squeezed us on when one night we forgot to book. On check out, the called and Taxi and arranged a fixed price that was substantially cheaper than our Taxi there and as we left at 5am for a flight, they had arranged a breakfast bag for each of us as we were leaving before breakfast opened. I would happily stay again if we ever returned to Vietnam!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Property tired compared to other resorts in area

The Victoria Hotel was a calm and relaxing place for my family to get away from the city for a few days/nights.

Great location on the beach . Just few minutes drive ( shuttle) from hoi an city. Large rooms a bit dated in term of decoration but hotel is spotless and service outstanding with friendly and attentive employee whether reception, restaurant, bar, spa , beach ....etc Great breakfast too. Don t miss the side car tour to discover hoi an surroundings differently . Will definitively come back here

The resort is set in beautiful gardens right next to the sea with its own beach. The rooms are spacious, the pool overlooking the sea is so relaxing and mainly the employees are incredible. Nothing is too much for them to try to help, they all speak great English and are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this place and will definitely return.

Very relaxing place . Maybe should add in free happy hour and tea snack for Suite people like Novetel hotel in Da Nang city. Shuttle bus should be every hour to Hoi An would be nice .

We had an excellent holiday and stay at Victoria Hoi An. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff excellent. We cannot wait to come back here.

Not much to do when it's rainy, cloudy all the time, but still a very good hotel to stay. The Sunday brunch is a must!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and a feast for the eye not to mention the stomach. The pool was a real highlight, visually it almost became one with the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

직원들이 친절하고 전체적인 인상이 괜찮았는데 마지막날 다깨졌어여 ㅋ 조식때 착즙하는 사람이 땅에떨어뜨린 과일 다시 줏어서 그대로 착즙기에넣음... 우린한번도안먹어서 다행 청소하는 사람이 체크아웃전날 수영장 아침에갔다온사이에 비비크림 새거 가져감ㅋ카운터갓더니 자기넨 아니라고 빡빡우김 지네아니면 누구임 ? 심지어 친구 과자 박스 까논거에서 낱개 1봉지도 없어졌어요.... 진짜 말이됨이겤ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Most staff were friendly. But Some of them stole my cosmetics and snacks in morning cleaning time. We just stayed pool. I was at a total loss for words.

We paid to upgrade our room to a suite which was fabulous. Staff incredible, remembered our names & were always smiling and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast . Nice touch when sitting by pool they came round offering fruit kebabs. Dinner in restaurant was top notch although not many guests eating.

If you think tbey offer an airport ahuttle, they do not. Even if it comes with the green tick under amenities on the Hotels.com website. They do not. For a.hotel that is over 30 mins from the nearesr airport (and about 15 mins drive from the shopping mall of tourist tat that is downtown Hoi An - please don't believe the 'old town' naming that suggests history and culture as it is anything but) this is a major failing. Their attitude was dismissive and rude. Not what you would hope for at the premium rates they charge. The service is poor (eg. can you come down to collect your room service drinks as we are too busy to bring them to you ... When we had already waited 15 mins and there was no other guests around). The management invisible. The pool over-crowded. The cocktails watered down. The pork spring rolls made from shrimp (as we ran out of pork ... but chose not to tell you). The local tours crazily over priced. The thing with almost every hotel and excursion in Vietnam is that they over promise and under deliver. You could say they lie to lure you in. They probably call it marketing. it isn't. it is deception. And the Victoria showed absolutely no interest in addressing our concerns or ensuring our satisfaction. There are lots of other hotels in the area.it's your choice but i would not stay in the Victoria again.

Nestled on the coast, with easy access by boat or by road to near by Hoi An, the hotel is comfortable, clean and has good facilities. Staff are charming and helpful - and organized a lovely candle lit dinner for my husband and me - really very special.

Large rooms. Staff is friendly, helped us with all trips into the city & allowed us to eat breakfast even when we arrived one minute prior to closing. Pool area is excellent, definitely the best pool/bar we experienced in Vietnam. “King bed” was just two doubles pushed together, which is common in Vietnam, but fairly uncomfortable.

Spent 4 days with our adult children. Something for everyone. Two never left the pool. Free shuttle into old Hoi An gave us plenty of time to explore. Rooms overlooked ocean with outdoor shower and covered porch. Drinks served at the pool bar were not great but great view made up for it. Kayaking with a guide to the early morning fish market was extraordinary. Be aware that walls between rooms is super thin.
