The stay was awesome! This is the only hotel we stay everytime we come Bangkok! This time round, we came with our 2 young children Hotel staff changed one that has balcony to another one without a balcony as we have 2 young children! We, including the children loved it! They have been very approachable and efficient in assisting us!

Hotel furniture is a bit old. Hotel staffs are friendly. Always put on a smile.

Good experience

I thought the location is good but it is hard to come from BTS Phloen Chit with luggage. Therefore, it makes not easy to come to the hotel. The room is not big and no traditional blackout curtain but only with wooden blinds that cannot completely black out the room. In addition, the hotel only gave us 3rd floor when we are staying 3 nights but it said already upgraded with free of charge in minibar. I thought it will be in higher floor. However, the breakfast is ok with a lot varieties.

Greta hotel at a great price! I had balcony room and the view was great. Staff is always friendly. This was my second stay here and j would definitely stay again.

It is a ‘dry hotel’, which should be clearly advertised, because when you book a four or five star hotel you expect to be able to dine there with a glass of wine, or have a beer in the afternoon. The walkways in the area are in a poor state of repair, which is the responsibility of the local council.

Overall is good

As an overall observation, this hotel should not be a 5-star hotel. It is a 4-star and that is borderline given that it appears to be aging. On the positive side, the hotel staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. Also very positive is the location of this hotel, so close to the Ploen Chit SkyTrain stop was also extremely convenient. But that is the end of the positive. The hotel is at a very busy and noisy area and the rooms are not well insulated to block the noise. During my 10-day stay there I changed three rooms on different floors and different sides and the noise from the street carries all the way up to the 29th floor. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. Lastly, the hotel does not serve any alcohol or allows any alcohol on the premises at all. While the food at the restaurant is very good, it would have been nice to have the option to have a glass of wine or a beer with our dinner. No where did I see a disclosure that this is a "dry" hotel. I only have a glass of wine here or there, but when I am on vacation, I would like to have the choice to have a glass of wine with my dinner without having to leave the hotel premises.

Stay was decent! Lives up to the value. If they could upgrade their shower heads and hair dryer, the room would be amazing.

The location was great, 5 minute walk to BTS stations. I love the staff, front desk and concierge, always greet you with a smile and will go the extra mile to help you and make you feel welcome. Thumbs up for this hotel!

Quality-price ratio

We were upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom suites. Great unit, clean and spacious. Nice grande hotel, though it's a bit old but definitely not dated. Great service especially at the restaurant. We had 1 issue where hotwater was not working in one of the 2 bathrooms in our unit (and the layout of the 2 bathrooms was a bit strange too), but overall our family of 4 had a great time at this hotel.

The front desk staff can be more friendly and more smile.

On a hot summer days, the pool close at 8 pm? Too early! Also, lack of toilet paper, half roll daily? Ridiculous. Checkout counter only have 2 staffs. Need to wait for and lineup for checkout.
