This is maybe a 5-star hotel on the paper, but in reality no more than 3-stars. No lounge areas, no out-door areas, no swimmingpool/hot-tub/water in the spa, no cooling in mini-bar, no pillow-service, almost no vegetables at breakfast-buffet. If this had been a 3-star hotel, it would have been great. But it is NO match to a proper 5-star hotel. xoxo

Lovely deluxe room - very clean, bathroom with both separate shower and a bathtub with shower, big comfortable bed, bathrobe and slippers. Very helpful receptionist. Was offered an upgrade of the room and my husband had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as it was his birthday. Great location of the hotel. Breakfast at the beautiful café Imperial offered everything we wanted, especially a good selection of fresh fruit. Dinner at the café Imperial is a must. We have been there on several occations - always very happy with the food and the service. Overall great staff at the hotel and restaurant.

Beautifully elegant hotel in old town with a glorious art deco dining room. My junior suite had huge bay windows , newly renovated, comfortable bed and was just lovely. Service was warm and efficient and my stay was really exceptional. I would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very nice and has personality. I wish it were three or four blocks closer to the old town

Big rooms. Well looked after. Away from the busiest parts, but the centre is only a short walk.

The service is good. The hotel is clean. The location is very convenient.

Upgraded our room to a suite for only 30 Euros per night additional expense, although breakfast was not included. Our king bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and service excellent in all regards. The food provided at the cafe was very good and reasonably priced.

Convenient location to the Old Town Square and its surrounding area. Good walk everyday.

Really lovely hotel, smaller than I expected from the pictures. The restaurant is excellent, and the decor is fantastic. The gym has limited equipment, and the sauna is quite small - but rarely used so never busy. A really nice hotel overall.

Was beautiful. Area surrounding and outside a tad grubby but its so lovely inside and super convenient. Very walkable to the Old Town Square but remains quiet from the busy tourism areas. We loved our stay, we felt safe and everything remained clean and tidy. Only complaint was the charge for taking some bits away, so we had nothing to remember it by! (And the £10 promised for remaining balance- it was a bit more than that) Thank you for our stay there!

The Imperial is just that. You will love it! Spotlessly clean and beautiful throughout. So helpful with bags and car too!

Really gorgeous art deco hotel with very friendly service and a convenient location between the sights of the old town and the train station. We had a special request (storing our bikes overnight), which was very professionally dealt with.

The location was great, super friendly staff but the A/C in my room was not working at all nor was the cooling of my mini fridge and my room was facing the street so every minute you can hear the tram pass and vibrates the room so its hard to sleep but I was lucky enough to change to another room the next day facing the courtyard witch was quiter and the AC worked.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The hotel was close to shopping and within walking distance of a lot of the major sites in Prague and restaurants.

Great place to base yourself in Prague. So close by foot to Old Town, trams, main train station, food, shopping. Room big, air con was great on a hot day/night!
