The on water - lake view rooms from the Resident Pavillion are just amazing. Rooms very super clean. Service is amazing and all staff are very courteous. Swimming Pool is well maintained.

Super nice hotel - particularly the rooms over the water. There are not so many facilities outside the hotel, but what is there is excellent e.g. the pool and the sunset bar.
It’s a great choice if you want to stay at a hotel which provides you with quiet oasis to retreat to after a day in the buzzing city.
We stayed there with our 10 year old son.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The morning views were amazing. So much fun to look out to the water and it's so quiet. Food was great as well.

Stay overall was nice. Sunset restaurant went an extra mile to accommodate us for a late dinner. Room was good.
The only negative was the check out experience. We were in a big hurry as we were late for our flight and the check out staff did nothing to help. Rather delayed the final billing due to a confusion at their end

Located in a quiet area, but far from the key areas for fun. I was aware of this while booking the hotel but it was actually not the most convenient once I arrived at the destination. Hotel is okay, not as nice as the pictures. Facility was kind of outdated. If you are visiting for just a few days as a traveler, I recommend staying in the Old Quarter area instead.

The breakfast was beyond expectations .The service was royal and the staff were helpful and friendly. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The carpet in the rooms looks old and you have to take a taxi or grab to go anywhere.

A very nice place to stay if you plan to spend some time at the hotel. Nice bar over the water with a barbeque meny. A gym with separate locker room and saunas. The breakfast is really great and somewhat various. The staff is great and the two restaurants in the main building as well.
Over the weekend I went of for Ha Long bay and could leave my bigger luggage at the hotel. When I returned I could take a shower at the gym before going to the airport, without any extra fee. Very much appreciated.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Hanoi, about 20 minutes or so from the Old Quarter. The outdoor look is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable. Excellent staff and service.

It’s 20 years old property. Not maintained well and condition of the property is terrible. They has maintained only the reception lobby and restaurant.
Rooms are too small and lot of lizards and mosquitoes.
Do not recommend to this property at all.
Not worth for money. Great, if hotels.com consider refunding partial.

Excellent service, beautiful room, great food and location. I used the gym which was amazing, they have great machines. I also had beautiful lake view.We tried several hotels in Hanoi and we were disappointed until we found this one
