The room was excellent. The service was good. The food was good. The shuttle was on time. I like the idea of having the grab and go for the early travellers. The only neative was the shower was orangegy color. It looks dirty. But altogether, we enjoyed our stay.

Shower pressure was weak, "hot" breakfast was colder than my in room fridge. Which was totally frosted over and not cold.enough for my medication. Bed was very comfy...and laundry facilities.. only one (1) for a six story hotel and a buss full of people waiting to use.

Perfect for late arrival with airport shuttle. No food or drinks on site but local restaurant deliverer ( yes , even beer !) staff were informative and kind.

Appreciated the short drive from the airport to the hotel specially since it was 14 hours from the time we left our home in the States to arrival at the hotel

We arrived late in the evening because of airline delays. Check in was good, Got to our room and the door was hard to open because it was too tight. When we closed the door, the inside door knob fell off. We got it back on, but it was a major inconvenience. We were too tired to go and get another room.

The worst thing about this hotel was how heavy the room doors were- they weighed a ton! Very difficult to try and get in and out with luggage. Otherwise the room and breakfast were fine. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

Shower was unclean and bathroom had mold on walls and ceiling so won’t be staying again 😔

Parking lot is insufficiently sized. Several cars had to jump the curb and park on the grass. Night staff was courteous but completely baffled by this

Clean and quiet, friendy staff, decent breakfast, confortable rooms. It offers all I need for my vacation in Halifax. I would say the only issue would be the location. theres nothing for walking distance. but there's a bus stop near where I could go to halifax every day.. Overall, it's a nice hotel

Everything was great, except beds were too high for senior 5’5” with back issues. Also healthy 5’11” senior had difficulty… we used our travel stool.

The breakfast was well set out and plentiful. I loved the cinnamon Buns.
Staff were helpful. My wake up call was late. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful.

The room was very clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff were helpful & gave me assistance with the wifi. The restaurant was just a short walk away. A shuttle takes guests to the airport every half an hour. The location is very convenient for airport passengers.

The stay was lovely the recommendation to eat next door at the hilton was not good .the service was awful 50min wait after order was taken for just fish and chips ordered a beer and was asked if i wanted a glass to drink.out of sorry that experience was a let down

The hotel shuttle was convenient. The staff was friendly. The elevator floors were dirty and the hall carpets were dirty and stained. The breakfast was ok not great. The eggs did not taste real. For the price I felt it could have been a lot better
