I paid for a room with an ocean view. Expedia is responsible for the wording of the room but they would not refund me the difference. I will tell everyone how bad Expedia is and report them to every government agency there is.

Wasn't on the busy strip but not far to go to hit local attractions. Close to the mall which was handy at times as it has a good food court. Staff was very friendly and the rooms big spacious and clean.

I really enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was great very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the bar/restaurant it was nice to have a night cap before going to bed.

It was a little uncomfortable as the air went out i the rooms and it was hot. The staff worked very quickly to switch our room. The second room was cool to begin with but got hot throughout the night.

I'm so glad that I booked this hotel. The staff was amazing. Loved the breakfast...cook to order 😊. Very pet friendly. Hotel was convenient to everything. Will definitely book again. Room was spacious and clean. Do the snacks and drinks room, it's worth it.

The cleaning staff were wonderful. I didn’t ask them to clean since we took our two dogs with us and they were so understanding and respectful. They gave us extra linens, towels, and took our trash. The lovely lady even let us vacuum our own room so the dogs wouldn’t get spooked. The front desk let us check in early since we were so tired from a 12 hour drive. Even the breakfast waiter was so kind. We deff went out of our way to tip them and show our appreciation. The only thing I wish they had more of is ice. Truly my only complaint. Everything else was perfect and I love that my privacy was respected. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Near everything you want to see.

Not really any issues—-check in was easy as was check out. I just wish that the pools were more clean as we visited when it was 97 degrees outdoors. But otherwise we plan to stay here again due to location.

It was very conveniently close to the airport and the hotel shuttle was the best I’ve ever experienced. The longest wait for the shuttle was 5 minutes.

The stay was wonderful, very clean neat, and comfortable, the only thing that wasn't so good was having to pay for Breakfast, I feel if someone has book a room and payed 3 or more for a room the least the Hotel could do is giving them free Breakfast

I WAS GIVEN A HANDICAP ROOM NOT A REGULAR ROOM. I EXPECTED MUCH BETTER FOR THE RATE I PAID. AS A LIFETIME DIAMOND MEMBER I DID NOT RECEIVE POINTS OR ANY BREAK ON THE MEALS. IF THIS WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE CASE FOR THE HILTON COMPANY, NEXT TIME I WILL CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. AS A LIFETIME MEMBER I EXPECT BETTER TREATMENT FOR A LIFETIME DEDICATED MEMBER! I THINK THAT IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED BY CORPORATE OR AT LEASE THE LOCAL HOTEL. VERRY UNHAPPY.
