The staff was very helpful and personable. The room needs to be painted. No amount of cleaning can help the walls ceilings wood work. The toilet was loose and the sink had a drainage problem

The rooms are in disrepair. Paint is peeling, the funiture is worn and dirty. The sheets and towels seemed mostly clean or we definitely would not have stayed the one short night. Had we not arrived tired at 9pm, we would have gone somewhere else.

Was so so. Not the best as far as cleanliness goes.

Easy, efficient and comfortable stay in Rocky Mount. Close to Battle Park with lovely shaded walkways. Also easy access to Rocky Mount Mills — can’t go wrong here!

Nice rooms and pool area, but the rooms smelled like wet dog gross

We stayed at Candlewood for our family cookout for the weekend. We had our dogs with us, one of which is still potty training. I love that there is a Free washer and dryer and a loaner locker just in case you forget something for your pet. The hotel is clean and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. The staff were friendly information about the hotel and surrounding area. We are currently looking up other Candlewood suites to stay in because we can take the dogs with us

IT was ok property to spend the night

Moved the armchair to look for an outlet and there was trash under the chair. Cobwebs up in the corners of the ceiling and the toilet rocked back and forth when sat upon. Didn't use shower, so don't know if it worked. No ice machines in the hallways and the icemaker in the refrigerator was broken. Not very impressed.

I didn’t like the face I reserved room 313 from February 15th thru February 23rd I’m coming all the way from Houston also.. So soon as I get to the hotel I get my key and another guess was registered to my room so they gave me a handicap room then the following day The manager told me I had to come down and get another room so this the 3rd room so the night before I leave the dishwasher started leaking water so I was told to come get keys to another room and when I got in this room the screen was broken I took a video soon as I got In the room brought it down to the lady who was working so this a total of 4 rooms in a week I had to unpack 3 times I didn’t get a chance to even get comfortable I wasn’t compensated or anything or no refund or not a dollar given back they had attitudes like I was in the wrong I called corporate and I’m waiting on them to get back with me even one of the workers told me I was supposed to be refunded… I’m taking this to court that was too much then I had to pay a deposit but I had to go through all that and no compensation it’s unacceptable I’ll never visit them again very unprofessional staff

Clean quiet accessible hotel.

The hotel is a bit worn and when we got to the room there was only one Full size towel in the bathroom no hand soap and 2 lights did not function. The coffee pot does not fit properly in the unit as it was a replacement and it doesn’t function the way it should. The built in microwave doesn't work , so a tabletop one is in the room. But for the price, I guess this is what you get.

Hotel is okay for the price. Showing signs of wear and tear and could use some updating. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more usable items. Hallway carpets need to be replaced. Room service is offer only ONCE per week.

Being able to travel with my dog sometimes gets hard especially to find places to stay in. Well not with this hotel, Keisha was the absolute best. She was so accommodating to me and my family. Not only did she make me feel welcomed she also took her time to explain everything about CandleWood IHG.

Great Price, nice staff! However, the only issue was the door to our room. The door had been hacked at the lock. The door was heavy-duty steel, yet someone had used a crowbar to get in????
