check in was fast, room okay, maintenance is so so, but breakfast was delivered to us maybe because of covid19 but the portion is not that big, if can refill it will be better

I check in at 3 o’clock and found out the room filled with tobacco smell or maybe disinfectant fume.. the suite is quite spacious and really comfortable to us.. later that night i found a small cup filled with a few unfinished cigarette under the bed and that confirm the smelly room during the check in.. please look into this matter as i booking a non-smoking room and the smell is not pleasing at all.. overall is was a good experience for me and my family at the establishment..

This place looks calm as its close to nature. Understand that this resort has been around for many years. Will be good if they can upgrade the room for better comfort example revamp the air con unit. Customer service from the staff are awesome. Overall the amenities are well spaced out and a nice place to explore.

Pools were nice , breakfast okay / average , bathroom not clean enough / moldy , room smelly that i had to buy fragrance spray and sprayed the room , aircond so small and not cool enough. Had unpleasant experience during check in where the front desk staff named shanton quite rude and gave me the wrong type of room but after approached the other 2 staffs they gave me the correct room that i paid for . Expedia hotline also terrible and not helping. Thankfully the pools were great so we enjoy our brief holiday .

Renovation needs to be done interiorly. 24 hours shop or vending machine to be provided.

Booking was done for 2 adults and 1 child but when requested for an extra towel the management asked to pay RM10 for an extra charge. The room condition was fair. The same goes for the meal (buffet breakfast and dinner). Overall, nothing great.

We really had a wonderful 2 nights stay with our loved ones, we will definitely come back!

Best swimming pool

It was such a comfortable stay and all the staff was very kind and professional. But tap water pressure was low to have a shower.

Room condition was SUPERB. The only setback was the facilities within the resort. None of the front desk staff was FRIENDLY and APPROACHABLE. Food is an issue for us too as the only restaurant that serves HALAL food and doesn't serve LIQUOR opens its doors during breakfast ONLY. Teenage activities are too LIMITED to the extent that foreign kids are seen playing BOARD GAMES! We had requested for a birthday cake but was not even attended to! The other building was left empty but ATTENDED.

No floor towel in the bathroom, wet floor after shower. The exhaust in the bathroom is very noisy and vibration can be heard from the bedroom. This 4 bedrooms apartment 06-23 seems to be haunted, my wife was disturbed and cannot sleep well.

A relaxing stay where we had a good time bonding together as a family. We played billiard and it was fun as we were new to the game. The beautiful landscape made the stay memorable!

We are 13 guests booked in 4 Rooms. The check in process is terrible, too slow, that’s why very long queue & took us around an hour standing. The preferred bed was not arranged, customer service via telephone cannot be reached. Hope the hotel will improve their customer care & service. Nevertheless, buffet breakfast is quite good. Wifi is poor.

I like the resort itself but the staff at the reception. They are terribly slow and do not even know how to serve the client at the lobby...

Like (1) The hotel is relatively new and clean; (2) Rooms came with Netflix; and (3) Nice surrounding environment. Dislike (1) Check out took a very long time. More then 20 mins. Try having a key drop service ; (2) Poor cleanliness in the breakfast serving area i.e. discarded food/ plates/ utensils not taken away immediately but rather kept by the side on a table and overflowing. Attracted house flies to the surrounding area; (3) Room 0749's sliding door is not able to be locked. The barrier to the ledge is also not that high which is worrisome if staying there with small children; (4) The toilet was stuck and was not able to flush. Left a note on the toilet but after room service it was still stuck. Called the reception to get the maintenance but no staffs came over to rectify the issue twice but no staffs came over; (5) Instructions on the direction signboard can be further improve to ease driving to the hotel rather then the main lobby where the restaurants are located which is hard to see at night; (6) Should do away with the towel card for the swimming pool and also breakfast vouchers. The listing on the guest list print out should be the most updated ones and the staff just needs to tick on it: and (7) To increase the number of staffs available. Ratio of Guest to Employee seems to be on the low side.

A beautiful and great place for big family to stay from bustle city life. The premise has upgraded much and still need to work on it's air conditioning, WiFi and cable TV. Other than that, everything is perfect.
