The breakfast is delicious with enough supply of food. The sausages are good, even though I am not a normal fan of them. The vegetables, e.g. tomato, yogurt, salad, fruits are fresh. The coffee is equally good. The toilet in our room is clean with enough supply of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo. The only drawbacks are that the position of the shower head holder is a bit too loose such that it could not hold tightly the shower head. Also, there can be a bit more hooks to hang clothes in the toilet.
In terms of location, some might consider it a bit too far from the closest Metro station (I. P. Pavlova). Once you get to I. P. Pavlova, you can reach a lot of places via tramps and metro. There is a grocery a few minutes down the road, so it is convenient to buy stuff if needed.
Overall the hotel is clean with simple but classic in style.

Booked at the last minute. But was pleased with the choice. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Property and rooms clean and well presented. Good all round hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice being close to a metro, and the hotel room was nice. Was a bit small for us, however very minimal time was spent in the room itself.

The first impression is spoiled by the need to use the entrance to the neighboring hotel, where there is a reception for both hotels. And the receptionist is arrogant. The room is clean and well equipped. But the problem is the bathroom, where the water does not drain from the sink, so it cannot be used. Breakfast is quite okay, everyone can choose. But nothing extra. The coffee is also good, but I've had much better. Overall, the hotel is of a three-star standard, definitely not four.

My stay was absolutely nice, the hotel is a bit old and it is in city centre, right on the main roads so it was noisy in the room because of all night traffic.

very clean and near town ( 5 minute walk ). the staff in the hotel were really nice and helpful. there were no english speaking channels on tv.

The staff was kind and nice. They spoke good English. Arrived at 3am, but staff was there and i had a warm welcome. Ceiling is high enough, room was large for its price, but I had to call a staff to figure out how separate hating works but he was helpful and things got ok. They had security deposit which I didn’t expect and as my bank was on holiday i had diffilculties. Yet the staff did her best to help the situation offering some suggestions. In general, I had great stay and think staffs are really nice. I talked about coffee port issue and the senior staff heard it and she would fix the problem right away. For price, it is really good and stayable.

Very nice tidy hotel staff friendly and helpfull .the only problem we had was heating was on all time and ridiculously hot even with lowering it down to lowest level . Otherwise realy pleasant stay

Well placed location, adequate breakfast. One criticism was the room was too hot, but overall an enjoyable stay. Took our own tea/coffee as not supplied, milk from local shop kept in fridge in room, worked well!!

The hotel is a four star. However its starting to show its age. The mattress has had its day and I would give my a 6/10. Front desk reps were awesome. Room was on first floor but we didn’t hear a car all night since this street is very busy. The only thing I do don’t care for was that the hotel is located about 15-20 mins to Wesclaw square/museum and the walk from hotel was incredibly noisy/annoying. But that’s not the hotels fault.

The hotel is beautiful in the outside, but the rooms are old and ther charge you everything. The internet never worked and it was too expensive. Definitively no relation between price and service.

Easy check in very efficient, friendly and excellent English. Helpful advice for getting around and seeing as much as we could on our short stay. Nice clean accommodation in a very comfortable bed we enjoyed our stay !

Reception is a discrace i asked for a twin got a double room but when i arrived to the room it was two sibgle beds pushed together with a double sheet and no underlay. I booked a twin room they woukd change or give us single sheets to separate the bed!

The room was very spacious, surprisingly big for an European hotel. Staff was very helpful at all times. Hotel is very conveniently located at walking distance of a couple of Metro stations. Very good value for what we paid

They are so nice check out was suppose to be at 12 and we got lost, missed our train back to the hotel. It was about 2/3PM when we get back to the hotel. Thank goodness we didn’t get charged an extra night.
The nice hotel staff had already packed all of our stuff and stored it for us in the luggage room. Wow such friendly staff, I mean of course don’t try to check out late.
Story is they are so kind and helped us out, they tried contacting us, but we had no international service.
