Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. Doing yoga out on the jetty first thing in the morning with the beautiful scenery is a must! Also the rooms are clean and spacious, housekeeping do a great job. I highly recommend the half-board option when booking as the breakfast buffet is plentiful and the evening meals are varied with very generous servings. Will be back in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are really nice, although one of the staff at the reception wasn't that nice. The breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of options. The pool and beach are superior too and the location is perfect, next to the downtown. However, the problems with this hotel would be: Rooms are too small, if you're too people staying in the room it is very tight. The bathroom is in the middle of the room which is weird, the overall design of the property is weird and the colors used in the interior would make it really hard to know if the room is clean or not, which is a bit uncomfortable. The second thing is that at times there would be no hot water, we informed them the first time and the answer was that the hotel is packed (not a justification). Then the second time we informed them again and they fixed the problem. I would say compared to the price paid, pay a bit more and get more value at other nearby hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Club, the staff is very kind and helpful. They support you however they can without being pushy. Walking to the restaurants and stores takes only 5 minutes and the boat to the beach is a 10 minute walk. The boat takes you to Zeytan beach and its amazing, a lot of privacy and not many people. You can pick a spot at the man made lagoon or the actual beach on the other side. The beach is clean and so was the room. This is our new favorite destination if we just want to relax instead of travelling, so highly recommended! All the best from the Netherlands.

Relaxing

It's well located, just 2 mins from the town. They offer a wide variety of coffes for all those who love a good coffee in the morning. It's quite clean and staff overall were friendly overall. Two things they could improve... gym equipment and waiting for food in the restaurant. We waited about 40 mins for a shawarma...

The hotel was fine but I’m not sure we would come back soon. For the first night there was a miscommunication in the type of room we had booked. This was rectified the next day which was great but the rooms were extremely basic for the price and not as big as the pictures suggest. We thought it was over priced and small for two people. However, the selection of food for breakfast in the buffet was brilliant and delicious! The pool was lovely too. The pool bar staff were lovely but slow on service and delivery of orders. There were lots of perks to staying here such as location & breakfast but I’m not sure we’d rush back honestly as we didn’t think it was great value for money in comparison to some other places in Gouna.

It’s a great hotel with very competitive pricing. Excellent swimming area as well. Staff is generally very helpful. The managers can come to help if it’s really needed. Totally recommended!

We just loved it; very friendly service, quiet area altough very central, really good food, pretty rooms, hotel area taken good care of….

The location of the hotel is perfect if you like shopping and eating out, very close to everything. The hotel itself is very nice, beautiful grounds. It was my first experience with urban concrete design in the room and I personally did not like the toilet/shower design (too small) but the rest of the room and the terrace was very nice. The property manager Mr. Magdy(I forgot his last name) was very helpful to us and assisted with any questions we had. I also enjoyed the hotel spa. And breakfast is very good.

All is great except the noises coming from repairs and workers talking to each other in the corrdior..

Check in discrepancy, couldn’t find reservation even with number… took over 40 minutes. Not the best welcome. Check out they make you wait in the lobby while they check the mini bar in your room. For me that was very tacky and took linget than should have. Rest of the stay was wonderful

Rooms are extremely small

Staff was amazing. Hotel is great, but it happened that I was put into a room which hot water broke twice, hotel room door is at the back of the hallway door which is getting hit every time someone use that hallway door. Sleepless night..

Best part about this hotel is convinience of the location and proximity to downtown. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Rooms are tiny, not enough space to enjoy the space whatsoever. Beds are tiny in the double bed. Bathroom lack hangars. Bathroom sink faces the beds and causes total chaos in the room. The design is just chaotic. The price tag is hefty. I liked the breakfast tho. Just look elsewhere with bigger space.

It's so good and different from any other hotel , good atmosphere for couples and it's very close from downtown and 5 min from marina, the pool is very good and lagoon too, I tried zaytona beach and it's good too it's far away about 5 min by toktok

All the staff were exceptional however the following team made our stay super comfortable - Ms Aya from reception- very supportive and helping - Mr Youssry Mansy and Yasser Abdalla- perfect food and beverage shift leaders - Mr Adel Saad , super duper waiter and pool service - Mr Ahmed Salam - such a nice and helpful and caring beach/pool boy life guard - Mr Sabry - best ever housekeeping master All the team was extremely amazing with high sense of courtesy and very generous hospitality including front desk manager and on top is Mr Magdi head of food and beverages.
