My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I was in awe of the entire stay. The service was so friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and everything surrounding the hotel like restaurants, shopping, movie theatre were all walking distance

Great staff, very nice and patient, however a sub-average breakfast quality (even compared to other Hampton inns even) and there was lot’s of people going in and out of the pool with barefoot making the pool, hallways, and elevators very dirty and smelling.

I have stayed there many times of and on through the years and this hotel has always been amazing. Fast check in, friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing all inclusive breakfast.

The environment is clean, the staff is friendly, and the children like the planned water slides very much. The only drawback is that the water slides are not controlled, and some older children have too much fun, posing a risk of injury to some younger children.

I like the location.
I dislike the price, 330$ for one night is pretty expensive to be there from 4hpm to 11am, for that price, the breakfast could be more diverse.

What is supposed to be 2 queen beds is 2 double beds and the shower had lits of mould in it.

King Size bed was fantastic; sheets were extremely soft and very comfortable, so sleep was great.
Shower was also wonderful, except you get wet when turning ON water (dumb design).
Breakfast was limited; mixing variety of meats leaves little choice to vegetarians / vegans / spiritual restrictions.
I was late leaving because of a work-call... and within 30 minutes past Checkout time, Front desk was banging INCESSANTLY on my door while I was on the phone... to remind me that Checkout was at 12:00 and that it was now 12:30! Very annoying

Everything is within walking distance, or a quick little drive. Pool open until 10. Friendly staff, water with lemon to drink from 8-8. Free breakfast until 10. Check out 12. Amazing time. We will be arriving again. Thanku

We were there to shop in Dartmouth Crossing so it was very convenient. For an older hotel, it was in top notch shape!

Overall a great family friendly hotel and area. Spacious rooms. Amazing houskeeping staff . Breakfast options are limited and could be improved . A lot of restaurants and attractions in walking area as well as shopping !

Very close to shopping stores, walkable to outlets! Breakfast included with hotel price! The only thing I didn’t like is at night, when everyone is b as close from their day. Parking space is narrow but still manageable when vehicles are in their lines! Other than this all was perfect! ☺️
