The hotel was welcoming us with a smile. It was easy to check in. The parking space was not so good. We were not so calm to park there. The room was okay. A lot of noise from the room next door because there was a door directly between the rooms. We were on the 10. floor and on the 11. floor there was a bar. You could hear someone playing a piano late in the afternoon. The room was dirty on the floor at the toilet.

Absolutely amazing hotel, spacious, comfortable, modern design.

Spacious room and nice view. The windows were dirty so the view couldn't be fully appreciated. The furniture was worn. That made the whole room seem cheap.

Nice and modern hotel with excellent service. Food is amazing but expensive. Due to a recent fire the spa wasn't available but a temporary gym was created. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view. The room was a little worn down with some damage to the bed and bathroom tiling.

I liked the service and the staff was nice. I didn't like the sports facilities. the fitness room was not available to customers at normal available times and while it is being advertised

Not excellent service in terms if gym and restaurant! Sure caused to covid period... But it was unconfortable!

The breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. Is is too expensive for the variation. They gave me a room with beautiful view.

The toilet was not flush, yellow water and with toilet paper in it. The pillow looks clean and good but has a kind of strange smell, which make me doubtful a bit. The room is good and the bathroom is spacious. The parking place is a distance from the hotel, lucky no rain.

Nice hotel and breakfast. The only problem was that the heating in the room wasn’t working properly and we had a very cold night

Great gym, clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast. However, service in the restaurant at 11th floor is far below average. You have to wait extremely long for your food, don't get anything until your course is served, and almost no checking by waiters. Food is also not extremely spectacular. The potenital is there....

Hotel was OK. Takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the centre of town, so it's a bit out of the way compared to some more centrally located hotels. Paper cups in room instead of a ceramic mug - not exactly great to drink tea/coffee out of a paper cup. My TV was not even plugged in, rather than fiddle around the back of the television set, I just didn't bother turning it on. The minibar was some form of bizarre slot machine system and not a fridge, had I wanted to keep some milk fresh for tea I would have been out of luck. One night another guest opened the door to my room - apparently they had been given the a card to the same room I was in. A bit of a nasty surprise. The positives: Restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and the conference facilities are top notch. The negatives: Poor in-room facilities, quite overpriced for what you actually get.

The staff was nice and the hotel was in good shape. I didn't like they charge money for the fitness room.

Clean and space room! Breakfast was also great. Check out time was 11:00, but if it was 12:00 that would have been greater.

Were in town for one night and were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. It is a short walk or bike to the city center - which was so cute, we will definitely have to return.
