Good hotel. Clearing and modern. Only complaint was the AC which had th be restarted now and again. Really nice owners and good coffee!

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great, only blocks from both the main center of town and walking distance to the beach. if ever i come back to Pescara i will look to stay here again.

Unprepossessing from the outside but pleasant inside. It would have been helpful to know that the passcode worked for all the doors (3) with entry pads.

Pescara is a delightful seaside city and the B&B Bella Pescara was a great place to stay. Easy five minute walk to the beach and the cute pedestrian zone. Comfortable and clean room, absolutely lovely innkeeper, and why isn’t anyone talking about the amazing smelling gel soap? So good we ordered some for home!

The property has a good location as you can walk to anywhere there is a direct bus to the airport, and ~ 7 mins walking distance to the train station. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

It was an amazing stay, nothing was too much trouble. The host were so friendly. Room was very comfy and lovely balcony to have your breakfast that is delivered fresh to your room every morning, more than enough to eat.

Excellent position, near the station and the beach. Handy to the main town square. Its street is a short lane between shops so keep your eyes open for the name of the street. Great service and breakfast.

The hosts were fantastic, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the train/bus stations but also quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast with good variety of options.

Very nice landlady, who had a really nice breakfast bar. The room was very clean. Lots of pamphlets to help find activities in the area. It took me awhile to sort out the shower, and the tv needs a short instruction sheet. But I would recommend the B&B.

Advised that we would arrive between 3 and 4 by email. When we got to B&B no one there. Called the number and was told that someone would be with us in 10 minutes. Half an hour later called again and was told 10 minutes more to wait. Eventually checked in. Car had to be parked at the main rail station car park, approximately 10 minutes walk, as B&B located in a pedestrian area. Nice furnishings, tea and coffee in room. Good breakfast.

Very good value bnb which as other reviewers have said is more like a boutique hotel. The bed firm and linens good. The bathroom was fantastic. Very stylish with a lump of granite for a sink. Even though it's situated off the main shopping street it was very quiet. Gabriella was very helpful when I asked to leave my bags.

I could not fault this accommodation. Everything worked well. This would be my first choice next time I stay in Pescara. Gabriella and Julio were very helpful. Bicycles were available which was a bonus.

I was there only for a night but my stay was comfortable. The service was great both during check-in (given it was late at night and they don't have a 24-hr reception) as well as the breakfast.

Every things was perferct. Only 2 things : it will be nice to have two key for doors and it s not really easy to find the place.
The lady was really nice, always clean.

The owner could not have done more for us and provided excellent advice for our onward travels. Every detail was thought of in the room which was perfect, clean and comfortable. Air con worked well and was very quiet. Key and security arrangements excellent. The place was in a great part of town and far enough from the beach to be quiet but close to excellent restaurants. Definitely recommend anyone to choose this place. The owner even sent a text to welcome us when the plane landed !

Very nice B&B sited in a small and silent street very close to the city centre. The room I stayed was clean and lovely, and I really enjoyed my stay. Recommended both for business trip and for summer stays.

This is not for every one. This is a B&B so there is not always someone there.On second floor and no elevator.
Room is modern and compact with a great, many nozzled shower.
Lovely breakfast and excellent recommendation for dinner.

This hotel is perfectly situated relatively close to the station, the shops and the beach. The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom, with its massage shower was a real luxury.
We arrived later and the gate was locked but someone was there within a couple of minutes so I assume that they live on or next to the premises.
