Great choice for one night as close to airport and very pleasant hotel. Nice breakfast and shuttle bus a real bonus.

The pool was great. The wash machine was convenient. TV, not great

There was a huge noise of maintenance drilling exactly over our room . When called to reception They said it will be stop half hours later Actually they stopped .was expecting to put us in another room . Food and service was very good

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Siam Mandarina. We chose the suite with views which was very comfortable. The separate living area with its own TV made it easier if one wanted to go to sleep undisturbed. The 4.10 free shuttle was very quick and allowed us to check in for our early flight at 6.15 am . My only complaint was the time it took for the free shuttle to leave the airport for the hotel. Their representative was wearing what we would call a teal blue jacket not the lime green described in their email but maybe the colour doesn’t have a Thai equivalent!

We were allocated the rooms we requested in advance. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant we very good. Minibus to airport worked well.

Was a good stay for an early morning flight.

Hotel was ok but for the price and cleanliness it was not good. Over priced for a poorly cleaned room and a tub that does not drain. Also I saw a cockroach in my room.

I always stay here the night before flying home, my family do the same. Very good value for money.

I wouldn’t recommend going there again. I stayed for one night to catch a flight next morning, but not even for that purpose. It’s quite run down. That place was at it’s prime probably 20 years ago or something. Really needs a make over. And the smell in the hallways…. Not good at all. Breakfast was the best part.

We had a stay on a hotel with exellent service from front staff to restaurant/cafe staff. Nice meal and breakfast - but avoid room number 302 (one of the most expensive rooms) - it’s like staying in the middle of the highway!!! Heavy trucks are making not only noise but close to a shaking room - and it’s every second minute all night long!!! We didn’t get more than 10 minutes of sleeping going on and on and on!!! This is the reason for the poor overall score. Again exellent service from the staff!!

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The transfer from the airport was hard to find because the instructions sent out wasn't clear.

Airport shuttle was well organized. Check-in went smoothly. room was quiet. Lots of hot water. And breakfast room was lovely and spacious…the food selections were amazing!! Perfect for our one night stop over between flights.

All I can say is you don't get the same care attention and friendliest staff back in UK it was truly fantastic food excellent morning breakfast excellent night meals excellent will definitely go back next year five star ratings

I rarely give bad reviews but this was a bad experience. Mold in the ceiling, bad smell in the corridors, terrible food, noisy - we could hear the traffic outside.staff is kind. Hotel old in bad condition, not more than 2stars in bad conditions, very disappointed

Just one night before leaving Bangkok but this hotel provided all I could expect: a warm welcome, attention and informations, locker service and airport shuttle. Good quality restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast. The only limitation is the poor environment. Hotel is wedged between a highway and a canal, and surrounded by warehouses.

I have stayed here many times. Its location is ideal for getting ready for departures Ora day or two’s rest after a long flight here. The rooms are clean, the bed is really nice and the people are always friendly and helpful to me. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant are also friendly and helpful but I do not really like the menu or the room service. Some of the items on the kids menu, like fish and chips, would be good choices if they were in adult portions. Room Service could be improved if they would leave the large tray when they deliver meals and bring things like salt and pepper, ketchup or whatever condiments are used with the dish. If you need somethings before or after your flight the Mega Mall Bang Na is just a few minutes away by GRAB or taxi. It is a big mall and has about everything you could possibly need. I will be returning to the Siam Mandarina before or after any of my flights in and out of Bangkok and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay.

Very close to the airport with the shuttle to and from the hotel. The restaurant is open 24 hours. If you need to book tours or Souvenir shopping is in the lobby. Very efficient and friendly staff.

My friend and I were woken up at 4:30 in the morning when someone entered our room and turned on the lights. We were frightened and unable to go back to sleep. The front desk staff, when asked about it, would not address my concern. I tried to reach out to the hotel management for three days afterwards but it seems they do not value their customers concerns. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was nice, our room had an airport view and many windows! It was nice to have the restaurant and amenties on site so that we did not have to leave the hotel after a long day! The early airport shuttle was very convenient.
