Desk service was great. She was very sweet, but other than that, not so much. The floors in the hallway were always filthy with crumbs. Our room never got cleaned during our 2 night stay.( which I understand is now a thing). Our bag of dirty towels were in the hall for at least 24 hours, still out there when we checked out the next day. We were in town for a basketball tournament and most of the girls got a horrible rash from the pool. Our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We had to ask to have it fixed, which they did after the first half of our stay.

Loved the room! Having a fireplace in the lobby to drink morning coffee next to was great… having one in the room to warm up by after cool spring days was even better. Friendly and helpful staff. Right down the road was a CVS and cheap gas. Would recommend.

Perfect place to stay. Very nice staff and rooms. Would stay again in the future.

I really like this place the pool the breakfast the staff the room the only thing missing was a hot tub but so what everything else was great

The hotel was what you expect. Nothing more nothing less. The air vents were really dusty in our room, and everywhere I looked (halls,pool area, bkfst area). The noise level was a bit much at times. Some kind of youth sports team. They were so loud. Rough night sleeping with all the banging on doors and running up and down the halls. We left early Sunday am ( couldn’t wait to get home and sleep)

Never got the room i ordered and on top of it the tv never worked and they only wanted to move my room at 12am at night this is unreal. Had my daughter for one night of the stay and she ends up having no tv and honestly wish i never spend the 400 dollars on this stay because it was by far the worst wver!

I specifically chose the suite for the pull out bed. It was unusable. My daughter could fill all of the springs and wires. They brought us a rollaway bed which was just as bad. She ended up sleeping on the couch Not the pull out bed.

The staff always goes above and beyond! And we are so grateful they are dog friendly.

Great room, great full kitchen, great gym, great pool, dog friendly, great staff (Lexi excellent, and the restaurant manager who provided us food even after breakfast ended). We could’ve used Bravo as a channel selection 😂, and the gym needed more Clorox wipes, but such a great 5 days and nights!

Perfect place for a weekend of taking classes. I had my own food, ability to cook as needed, lounging in the evening and a very comfortable bed. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but served the purpose.

We were in town for a show at the local arts center. We were very pleased with how large and comfortable our room was and value for the price. The breakfast in the morning was also better than could be expected.

Best hotel ever! From room quality to staff everything was perfect!

Staff was really great and friendly. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting family. Had no problems during the entire stay.

We stayed there a 1.5 weeks. We had to wait for our house to close. Loved it there, staff was great!!! Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was amazing!!!

The property was nice. However, the carpets seemed old & dirty. Our specific room was towards a local street which was a bit noisy in the early mornings as people went to work.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast started out very nice but after the usual breakfast attend was off the breakfast looked like it was just left over day by day. The housekeeping was very bad. We were there for 2 weeks and the carpet never got vacuumed and the bathroom was never cleaned.

They offer an indoor pool and outdoor basketball court which are great amenities when traveling with children. The breakfast is nice with a separate well kept area in the lobby to relax and eat. Our room however was in terrible condition. The mattress was flat (dished out) from use. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained. We barely slept with the springs poking through. Our sheets were stained and the covers were old. Also, the highway is close, and loud throughout the night and into the morning. We also had a dog barking into the evening on our hall so-pets allowed!!

When you choose a Marriott chain hotel you expect the room to be clean with clean towel everyday. Now after Covid-19 they have many excuses for not to clean the rooms everyday and that is not correct. Next time we will choose a better hotel. We don’t recommend that hotel.

Nice family suite. We were able to bring our small dog.

Stay at hotel was good

Second time staying in this hotel (1-bedroom corner unit), good size and spacious, I like the fireplace too. Breakfast is good, like the waffle, coffee and the hot items. Bed and the shower is super comfortable, TV has many channels including Netflix and YouTube. Definitely will come back again!

Please know that you make it kicked out of the pool due to them renting it out for swimming lessons.

Wow! Super Dirty! Stayed in 2 different rooms as they didn’t have a continuous room for the days I needed. Both were equally gross - inches of dust on surfaces. Bed skirt had pee on it- I removed it. Guests before me left food in cabinets. Stove full of crumbs. Silverware & drawers full of crumbs. Someone’s booger on the pot holder. Bathroom tub had a red ring, soap & shower curtain was all mold. I removed it & bought my own shower curtain. Floors dirty when I moved in. Lots of dead bugs. Microwave dirty. Fridge dirty. I asked for cleaning supplies & a vacuum & had to go get these myself because they were “short staffed”. My mom & I spent 3 hours cleaning the room. We went through a whole tub of Lysol wipes, bought a different shower curtain & our own towels because these were unacceptable. Then- in the morning the carbon monoxide alarm went off. I notified the front desk and nobody seemed to know what to do & said they would send someone up to “look” at it. Can they see a potentially deadly gas? I told them to call the fire department. I had to leave for the day. When I came back they said that someone had been doing maintenance on the alarm so that’s what made it go off. I didn’t trust this - so I went & bought a carbon monoxide detector to put in my room so I could have peace of mind that I might not die in my sleep. The next door neighbor was blasting music well into the night. Didn’t have any breakfast. Didn’t use the “amenities”. Fireplace didn’t work in my room.

The property was great to stay at very home like. The only issue I had was with the way they charged my credit card and trying to get assistance with it

Cleaner compared to other residence inns. But there was no coffee available at odd hours in the lobby. Breakfast had a few items less than usual. Once over the food was not replaced.

Nice big rooms, full size appliances, easy to spend several days comfortably. Upholstery threadbare in some cases, dents in fridge, tub narrow and bar in wrong place, needs a general refresh.

Great welcome by the staff at the front. Very clean and spacious room!

Very quiet, slept well. Clean, loved the room, spacious, lots of amenities, plus breakfast.

The area isn’t much, it’sit’s on a road that’s basically hotels. The hotel itself was basic but it seemed pretty clean. The pool could have been cleaner as there was stuff floating in the water you could see when the sun was shining on the water, the pool toys needed some repair and towels were a little harder to come by. The conditioner and body wash was also empty in the room but thankfully I had backup conditioner. Overall the hotel was ok but it wasn’t more than a 3 star.

All of the staff were amazing; very friendly; and understanding. I was booked at other accommodations but, unbeknownst to me, they canceled my reservation. I explained this to the staff and they were very kind to myself, my son and friend. The room was very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again if the need arises.
