Parking size of room I’m old not my type of hotel getting in out of hotel with restaurant being same place every night parked way back very dark no lights

It was convenient. Easy on/off the highway.
The duvet and sheet had a mysterious pink stain.

ההזמנה דרך בוקינג לא הגיעה למלון ונאלצנו ליצור קשר עם בוקינג על מנת לבטל את ההזמנה ולבצע אותה מחדש ישירות מול המלון (שאגב גבה מחיר זול יותר מבוקינג...). שרות גרוע של בוקינג.... מצופה מבוקינג שייוודא שההזמנות מאושרות במלונות. זו כבר פעם שניה שזה קורה בטיול זה.

I was injured at a different place during my stay there, and your staff was so accommodating. They were wonderful, and I would be there again in a heartbeat.

Great new facility. Very well designed lobby and rooms. Bright and inviting. Family friendly. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful continental breakfast included in the room rate.
Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. They work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

The hotel itself feels new and comfortable. Very clean everywhere and makes you feel at home.
The staff was incredibly friendly as well.
Breakfast was included and was great for us.
Booking.com had me at a certain price and I’m seeing that I got charged a higher price at the hotel. But the weird thing is the receipt I received from the hotel has the booking.con price on it.

Steve was working at the reception desk when we arrived and at most times that we were onsite. He was exceptional! We had a few situations we needed support and he delivered! Made us all feel very welcome!

The breakfast was "ok". On the morning I was leaving, they were out of coffee in the lobby, a bit disappointing. Luckily there was a Dunks right next door.

it was clean
There was a boys youth hockey team there. the boys ran up and down the hall at all hrs screaming and yelling, we couldn’t sleep. we asked them to quiet down twice and even hotel staff asked them but they were loud until nearly 2 am.

Could definitely use a more comfortable chair in room, room deposit needs to be stated before arrival tho… can’t just spring that on someone lol, and could definitely use better cafeteria and more things for cafeteria
