The staff were fantastic, the little restaurants around the property were very friendly and good local food very good prices. We even used the laundry service next door they did a nice job. If you stay in the new building there is a field behind it with some noisy roosters and some sports going on. They were kind and moved us fortunately they had another room available. Nice beach, good breakfast buffet and free shuttle into Hoi An. Hubby forgot his swim trunks and the hotel sent them to us in Da Nang which was very good service 👌

Stunning outdoor pool.

This was a beautiful resort, very quiet, great pool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle service to Hoi An was great and taxis were cheap too if needed. Laundry service same day at the stall next door was great and so cheap.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really helpful in recommending places to go and see as well as what the local food is etc. I cannot rate them highly enough!! The hotel is lovely particularly for the price and the beach area is fabulous. There are elements of the hotel that could do with an update but nothing that would stop me staying here again. It’s in a great location for the beach and there’s a free transfer service to and from the old town a few times a day

We stayed for 4 nights. It is excellent place to stay in Hoi An. Rooms and outdoor pool and beach area is wonderful place to relax. Hotel provided shuttle is very convenient to go to the old city of Hoi An. Staff and service is absolutely great.

2nd stay within 2 consecutive years. Love love the layout of the estate and the staff made us feel like we were coming home. However, maybe the hotel can change up the brekkie selection on a daily basis. We stayed for 9 days and eating the same food every morning can be a tad disappointing.

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

I had a wonderful stay, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The resort is gorgeous, right on the beach and the breakfast was excellent.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Boutique Hoi An Resort and will return again next year. All the staff are truly amazing and will do anything to make your holiday more enjoyable. Make sure you visit the restaurant across the road (Co' Hong) for some home cooked food as well.

It was so good. It was nature-friendly, swimming pool, the hospitality of the female manager, hotel breakfast service was so perfect. But the sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit, which was ringing so loudly at bedtime, disturbed my good sleep. I want to recommend it to my parents, but I'm afraid they'll lose sleep because they're sensitive to the sound.

We enjoyed our stay at Boutique Hoi An resort a lot. Very big swimming pool, nice beach, big and super comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great time , the staff was excellent and helpful. The really do a great job of maintaining the property. The pool and the ocean is there for you to enjoy all day .

This was one of the most satisfying stay in Viet Nam.The staff was kind enough to prepare Vegan option and the facility was decent and adorable.

This was tranquil, luxurious, in an utterly beautiful location by the sea. Spa was wonderful. The resort was quiet in December and we felt we had visited a unique retreat. Bus service to Hoi An gave us access to the hustle and bustle of a busy, tourist little town, which was exciting but it was great to get back to the peace of the resort waking up to the sound of the sea. Staff were lovely and the food was amazing. I would love to return sometime.

Great hotel right on the beach. Very quiet location, but they offer a free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town........for the markets and to see it by night........well worth seeing. We didn't find the food and drink too expensive, but thye dinner menu could perhaps be a bit more varied. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient choice of dishes. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing, with plenty of tables and loungers around it. The pool bar and beach bar were both excellent for snacks and drinks. We would return to this hotel again if travelling to Hoi An.

양코베이들이(특히노인분들) 많이가는 호텔이구요 직원들 서비스가 대부분 별로임. 서비스마인드가 없는듯?? 조식은 걍 그렇고 밥은 되도록 나가서 드셈요. 호텔 내 수영장,정원,해변 뷰는 최고임. 인정. 어 인정. ㅋㅋ 가성비 좋은지는 잘 모르겠슈~~^^
